ولكن يعيد الى الاذهان .. شيئين اثنين ...!!!

الشيء الاول .. ان الدولة لم تفي بوعدها و انها دائمة فاشلة في قراراتها . عندما اصدر بوتفليقة الرئيس في سنوات سابقة الاهتمام بالعقول المهاجرة واسترجاعها ..من الخارج والاهتمام بها اكثر مما كانت عليها هناك ....

الشيء الثاني .. ان مثل هذه الامور تؤكد تاكيدا جازما ان المنظومة التربوية في الجزائر بكل اطوارها .. في خبر كان .. وان العقول تهاجر ولا تزال تهاجر .. وبكل اساليب الهجرة .. ..

اذهب ايها العالم وازدد علما هناك .... هناك العلم ليس هنا , هناك الحرية
اذهب ايها العالم ولا تبكي على هنا ....فهنا العلم كتابة وقراءة, قوانين حتمية

هل تعلم ان ان نظرية النسبية عند انشطاين فيما يخص الحركة والسكون

هجرة العقول متواصلة وستتواصل لأن الجهال والمرتشين وأعداء العلم الذين لا يحترمون العلماء وطلبة العلم يسيرون الجزائر الغالية ولن يهمهم رحيل هذا العالم ولا غيره ولاموت الشباب على زوارق الموت ولا حرقا وكل ما يهمهم جمع أكبر قدر من المال وايداعه في البنوك الأوروبية.

من قبل .. كان هناك اهتمام كبير من طرف النظام البومديني للطاقات البشرية ولتعليمها ....
لكن اليوم صار هذا الجانب متوقف ...

و الحركة باتت ضاهرة في شيء واحد .. النهب ..

وهناك طاقات عظيمة في الجزائر مهمشة .. تعذر عليها الهجرة لعدة ضروف منها الضروف المادية
