لبنان بين محكمة الحريري وسقوط الحريري [الأرشيف]

اننا نطرح تساؤلات عديدة عن منعطف سقوط حكومة السيد الحريري وتعيين السيد ميقاتي كمرشح لرئاسة حكومة لبنان وهذا الامر الذي غير كل شيئ في ايام لبنان كما تغيرت صيغ واجرارات التهمة الموكلة لمن قتل الحريري
ان محكمة الحريري وما طالتها من روتوشات من خلال طريقة تسيرها من لحظة مقتل الحريري الى خلق هذه المحكمة الى تمرير الاتهامات الى جهة وجهات متعددة الى اسلوب التحيقيق المتعدد والذي طال امده الى لحظة انتضار الاتهام الظني والذي سربت اخباره واسراره الى اتهام حزب الله ليكون هو المتهم في القضية بعد ان حامت الشبهات على جهات متعددة و يكون ضحية تسيير هذه المحكمة لغاية ولهدف سيحين توقيته وعبر العديد من الاجراءات القانونية الشكلية والموضوعية ومناقشة اوجه الاتهام وتحليل شهادة الشهود ومتابعة التحقيق الميداني والعلمي لقضية التفجير
وطالت المدة انتظارا لعامل الوقت وتوقيته الذي يساعد على توجيه الاتهام الى جهة حزب الله والعمل بعدئذ بالقيام باجراءات التنفيذ سياسيا وعسكريا وهي مظلة قانونية للعودة مرة اخرى الى لبنان وبالضبط الى القضاء على حزب الله هذا الاخير الذي يقف حجر عثرة في سبيل المرور الى شطر اخر من تنفيذ مشاريع امريكية واسرائيلية اولها مشروع الشرق الاوسط الجديد الذي بدات معالمه في جهة جنوب السودان تظهر للعيان في حين ان جهة لبنان وهي المحددة مسبقا بانها الجهة الاصعب لذى حضر لها هذه الطريقة القانونية بغرابة تامة وبمختلف طرق الالتفاف على القضية بتوجيه المحكمة من خلال اللعب على الوقت والاجراءات السرية للتحقيق والتفنن في حبك التهمة وانتضارا لساعة الحسم وهي تاكيد التهمة على حزب الله والمرور الى القضاء عليه قانونيا تحضيرا للتدخل العسكري وحينها يسقط الحاجز الكبير والسد المنيع الذي يقف كحجر عثرة في احذية امريكا والكيان الصهيوني والغرب التابع والعرب المتخاذلة من اصحاب فرع المعتدلون... .
وتسارعت الايام كما تسارعت الاحداث وطرق دراسة الملف واجراءات وصيغ التهمة بكل حيثياتها الشكلية والموضوعية وبتهمة تصل الى قرار ظني ومنه يصدر منطوق الحكم بتوجيه التهمة الى حزب الله بشكل رسمي وقانوني ....
وبين تسارع هذه الاحداث كانت زيارة الحريري ابن الحريري الضحية الى امريكا وفرنسا ايذانا بموافقة رسمية منه على اتخاذ هذا القرار تمهيدا لاعلانه في اقرب وقت يسمح بذلك وانتضارا للحظة الحاسمة ........... هذه الاخيرة التي عطلت في نفس الزيارة باعلان عدة قوى لبنانية سحب يدها من حكومة الحريري بطريقة مفاجئة غيرت امورا كثيرة....
واسقطت حكومة الحريري في لمح البصر ليعود الى لبنان من زيارته الى امريكا وفرنسا وهو بصفة اخرى رئيس لحكومة تصريف وليس كرئيس حكومة.............. ليعلن اليوم سقوطه الاخر باعلان ترشح السيد ميقاتي الى رئاسة الحكومة وتتغير المعادلة بين المعارضة اللبنانية وقوى الاغلبية التي تغير ميزانها بانسحاب اطراف منها مرت الى الجهة الاخرى حيث اصبحت المعارضة هي الاغلبية وغيب امر تنفيذ مشروع الاتهام الى ايام اخرى تبقى حبلى بالاحداث المنتضرة وغير المنتضرة ........ويبقى لبنان دوما في الصراع .....
اننا نتمنى كل الخير لشعب لبنان و ننتضر ان يعود لبنان الى درب السلامة لاحتضان سلم الصعود الى مرتبة عالية بعيدة كل البعد عن ما يعانيه من صراعات ونتمنى ايضا ان يبعد عنه شرور هذه المحكمة المتلاعبة بشكليات وموضوعات قضية تفجير ومقتل الحريري التي تتلاعب بمصير لبنان وشعبه خلف اتهامات غير مبررة وغير منطقية تسيير وفق اهواء امريكا والكيان الصهيوني والغرب التابع والعرب المنبطحون ....... عفوا المعتدلون...
هل حقيقة ان محمكة الحريري هي من اطاحت به من رئاسة حكومة لبنان وجاءت بميقاتي ليخلفه على رئاسة حكومة لبنان .ام ان لبنان عاد الى عزته ونفض الغبار عن جثته من بين مخالب امريكا والكيان الصهيوني وفرنسا كذلك...ام ان الاتي شيئ اخر ............على كل لا ننتضر الا خيرا لكل لبنان وشعبه لكل اطيافه ... الموضوع منشور ايضا في (http://www.bintjbeil.org/index.php?show=news&action=article&id=38629)
