الكيان الاسرائيلي "مطمئن" لعدم سقوط النظام المصري

بدت سلطات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي مطمئنة إلى حد كبير على استقرار الحكم في مصر الذي ترتبط به بـ "معاهدة سلام" منذ 19791979.

كما تستبعد حكومة الاحتلال أن يتم الإطاحة بالرئيس حسني مبارك، على الرغم من التظاهرات والاحتجاجات غير المسبوقة للمطالبة برحيل النظام الذي يحكم البلاد منذ 30 عاما.

ونقلا عن صحيفة "المصريون" الخميس، قال وزير صناعة وتجارة الكيان الإسرائيلي السابق "بنيامين بن إليعازر"، الذي يعتبر في الكيان الاسرائيلي السياسي الأكثر قربا من الرئيس مبارك، إنه من المستبعد أن تؤدي الاحتجاجات الواسعة والمظاهرات التي شهدتها مصر الثلاثاء إلى إسقاط النظام المصري.

وقال بن إليعازر لإذاعة جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الأربعاء إنه "لا توجد شخصيات قادرة على قيادة موجة احتجاج لقلب النظام ، فهذا ليس فقط نظام الرجل الواحد وإنما هو مدعوم بكل الجيش وأجهزة الاستخبارات والأجهزة الأمنية السرية".

واعتبر أن "الدليل (على ما يقوله) هو أنه جرت هناك انتخابات مؤخرا ، والمعارضة القوية لم تنجح في إدخال أي نائب" ، وقدر أن الاحتجاجات والمظاهرات في مصر المطالبة برحيل الرئيس المصري وعدم توريث الحكم لنجله جمال مبارك لن تهدأ في الفترة القريبة المقبلة.

وذكرت إذاعة الجيش الإسرائيلي ، أن مظاهرات "يوم الغضب" التي شهدتها مصر والتي جاءت احتجاجا على تدني الأجور وتفشي الفساد وانعدام فرص العمل للشباب ، حيث تجمع الآلاف بميدان التحرير بوسط القاهرة، أعادت لذاكرة الإسرائيليين خروج المصريين قبل 38 عاما وتجمعهم في نفس الميدان ، حينما طالب الشعب المصري بإخراج إسرائيل من شبه جزيرة سيناء.

وقالت الإذاعة إن الانتخابات الرئاسية المرتقبة في مصر ستشكل ضغطا على الدولة المصرية ، "فلو ظل مبارك رئيسا سيغضب المصريون ، وإذا استخلف نجله في الحكم سيتم اعتبار الأمر على انه "محاباة للأقارب" ، وختمت قائلة إن "90 مليون مصر لا يزالون يفكرون تحت ضغط معداتهم الخاوية والجائعة ويتمنون تغييرا حقيقيا يضع نهاية للفساد المستشري في بلادهم".

وعلى الرغم من الاحتجاجات غير المسبوقة في مصر ، إلا أن مصادر حكومية إسرائيلية استبعدت أن يسقط نظام الحكم في مصر ، كما نقل تقرير لموقع "نيوز وان" الإخباري.

وأضاف زاعما إن النظام في مصر لن يسقط ، وإنه على الرغم من الاشتباكات غير المسبوقة بين المتظاهرين المصريين ورجال الشرطة فإن هناك استقرارا داخل النظام ، والوضع في القاهرة بعيد تماما عن العصيان المدني.

واستدركت المصادر قائلة إنه "برغم التصعيد إلا أن المظاهرات لن تنجح في زعزعة نظام مبارك فمصر ليست لبنان أو تونس" ، وأوضحت أن تل أبيب تتابع عن كثب وتبحث في التطورات الأخيرة في مصر ، لكنه لا يوجد ما يثير القلق من الوضع هناك، حيث لا يزال الوضع مستقرًا حتى اللحظة.

وعلى الرغم من عدم وجود مخاوف من حدوث ثورة مصرية ، حسب زعمها ، إلا أن المصادر قالت إن مظاهرات الثلاثاء "نجحت في جذب انتباه العالم بما فيه إسرائيل" ، واعتبرت أن الخطر الحقيقي هو أنه "للمرة الأولى تكون غالبية المتظاهرين من الشباب وصغار السن الذين قاموا بتنظيم التظاهرات بأنفسهم عبر الشبكات الاجتماعية".

وتحت عنوان: "محاولة لمنع شرارة تونس من احراق القاهرة" ، قال تسيبي برئيل المحلل السياسي لصحيفة "هآرتس" ، إن السلطات المصرية تحاول الآن منع انتشار شرارة الحريق التونسي للوصول للقاهرة ، وذلك من خلال مطالبة الصحف بعدم كيل المديح لجمال مبارك "ولي العهد".

وذكر أن عدوى الشاب التونسي محمد بوعزيزي الذي أضرم النار في نفسه انتقلت إلى البلدان العربية الأخرى ، مشيرا إلى أن عمليات الانتحار في مصر تحولت إلى سلاح سياسي واجتماعي ضد النظام الحاكم في مصر ، في الوقت الذي يحاول فيه النظام تبرير عمليات الانتحار بأي سبب سواء علمي أو غير علمي.


وأضاف إنه مع اقتراب الانتخابات الرئاسية المقبلة تقوم الحكومة المصرية الآن بعدة إجراءات ، كمحاولة لتقليل الغضب الشعبي ضدها ، من بينها زيادة أماكن بيع الخبز المدعم ، لكن إجراءات من هذا النوع تأثيرها ضئيل ، لمواجهة وتخفيف حالة الاستياء العامة في مصر.

وأشار إلى أن من ضمن تلك الوسائل أيضا توجه عدد من القيادات البارزة بالحزب "الوطني" لرؤساء تحرير الصحف داعين إياهم إلى عدم كيل المديح لجمال مبارك ، "المرشح غير الرسمي للرئاسة" ، وإبراز الفروق بين كل من مصر وتونس والتأكيد أن ما حدث هناك من ثورة شعبية لا يمكن حدوثها في مصر.

وأشار المحلل الإسرائيلي إلى أن المؤسسات الدينية التابعة للسلطة (وزارة الأوقاف) تلقت تعليمات من وزير الأوقاف محمود حمدي زقزوق يدعو فيها الدعاة والوعاظ لإدانة الانتحار ، وإخافة المصلين من أن أي منتحر أيًا كان السبب سيكون مصيره جهنم ، والتأكيد على أن الفقراء سيرثون الجنة.

وتساءل في الختام: "هل سينجح هذا في وقف شرارة تونس من الوصول للقاهرة؟"، لكنه استبعد ذلك ، لأن "المشكلة في مصر ليست فقط الفقر والبطالة ، بل أيضا قانون الطوارئ وتفشي الفساد الذين لم نسمع حتى الآن عن أي خطة لمحاربتهما"، وهو الأمر الذي يجعل حديث الحكومة المصرية ومحاولة إقناعها الشعب بوجود اختلافات بين القاهرة وتونس أمرًا مشكوكًا فيه ، على حد قوله.

بدورها ، نقلت صحيفة "معاريف" الأربعاء عن مصادر رسمية تقيم الأوضاع في الدول العربية ، زعمها إن النظام المصري قوي بما يكفي لعبور الزلزال بسلام وإن مصر ليست لبنان ولا تونس.

واضافت المصادر إن "الوضع في الدولة (مصر) حتى الآن لا يشير إلى تقويض سيطرة النظام ولا مكان للقلق ، والوضع في مصر بعيد جدا عن عصيان مدني وعلى عكس حكام تونس أو الشاه الفارسي (محمد رضا بهلوي الذي أطاحت به ثورة الإمام الخميني في العام 1979) الذين أطيح بهم وهربوا من بلادهم فإن الرئيس المصري حسني مبارك ليس معزولا عن الشعب وهو يضع إصبعه على النبض" حسب زعمها.

وقال مصدر إسرائيلي "إنهم يسمحون للجمهور بأن يتحرر من ضغوطه تحت الرقابة" ، فيما قال مصدر آخر "إن مصر دولة كبيرة قياسا بتونس ولبنان ودول أوروبية شرقية أخرى جرت فيها انقلابات ، ومؤسسات الدولة (المصرية) ومن ضمنها الجيش تخضع للرئيس مبارك ، ويوجد للحكم هناك خبرة كبيرة في مواجهة الأجواء بين الجمهور وهم يعرفون كيف يحافظون على استقرار النظام".

ولفتت هذه المصادر إلى أن "مصر هي دولة كبيرة جدا يبلغ عدد سكانها 80 مليون نسمة وبينهم 20 مليون يسكنون في القاهرة ، ولذلك فإن مشاركة 20 أو 30 ألف شخص في مظاهرة ليس أمرا كبيرا ، فعدد رجال الأمن في مصر كبير ولديهم خبرة".

على الرغم من ذلك ، قالت المصادر إنه "واضح أن عيون العالم ومن ضمنه ذلك إسرائيل تتابع بقلق لأن مصر هي دولة كبيرة وهامة جدا وتأثيرها هائل في العالم العربي ، والأحداث في مصر بموازاة ما يحدث في لبنان وتونس ينبغي أن تثير القلق إضافة إلى أن هذه المرة الأولى التي يشارك عدد كبير من الشبان وأبناء الشبيبة في مظاهرات تم تنظيمها بواسطة الشبكات الاجتماعية والانترنت".

وخلصت المصادر الإسرائيلية في تقييمها إلى أنه "ينبغي الانتظار ورؤية ما إذا كان المتظاهرون سيغادرون الشارع طواعية أو بالقوة وما إذا كانت المظاهرات ستهدأ في الأيام المقبلة أو ستتصاعد ، فتجربة الماضي تدل على أن السلطات تعرف معالجة الاحتجاجات بصورة صحيحة وحازمة ولم تسمح لها بتقويض الاستقرار".

من جانبها ، تساءلت صحيفة "يسرائيل هيوم": "هل نظام مبارك في خطر؟ ، وأشارت إلى أن عشرات الآلاف من المصريين خرجوا للشوارع في أكثر مظاهرات تشهدها البلاد منذ صعود مبارك للحكم قبل 30 عاما مطالبين برحيله عن السلطة وتقديم استقالته.

وأضافت أن الجماهير الغاضبة لم تخف من الاشتباك مع قوات الأمن التي استخدمت القنابل المسيلة للدموع وخراطيم المياه والعصي لتفريق المتظاهرين ، وأشارت إلى أن أهالي الإسكندرية قاموا بإسقاط تمثال لمبارك هناك وانضم عدد من الجنود إلى المتظاهرين تاركين مكانهم، حسب التقرير.

وأوضحت الصحيفة ، أن الجماهير المصرية خرجت للشوارع أملا في محاكاة ما حدث بتونس من اسقاط لنظام زين العابدين بن علي ، مشيرة إلى أن المظاهرات التي تم تنظيمها عبر الشبكات الاجتماعيات على الإنترنت استمرت طوال ساعات اليوم ، وبالرغم من حلول الظلام ليلا إلا أن الآلاف ظلوا يتوافدون لميدان التحرير بوسط القاهرة.

وذكرت أن المتظاهرين أغلبهم من المثقفين ، قاموا بالاحتجاج ضد البطالة والارتفاع المستمر في أسعار السلع الأساسية وعدم وجود إصلاحات سياسية ، ما اعتبرته يذكّر بانتفاضة الشعب في تونس ، كما وجه المتظاهرون انتقاداتهم لمبارك ورغبته في نقل السلطة لنجله جمال موجهين للأخير عبارة :"يا جمال قول لأبوك ...كل الشعب بيكرهوك".

وقالت الصحيفة ، إن المتظاهرين حاولوا على مدار اليوم اختراق مبنى البرلمان المصري ووقف حركة المرور لكن قوات الأمن بدأت في استخدام العنف مع المتظاهرين لتفريقهم ، مضيفة أن شخصيات رسمية مصرية أخذت تظهر في وسائل الإعلام المحلية بشكل شييه لما حدث في عام 1977، حينما قامت انتفاضة الخبز ضد الرئيس المصري السابق محمد أنور السادات.

وتطرق موقع "نيوز وان" الإخباري إلى شائعة مغادرة جمال مبارك إلى لندن مع أسرته ، ومغادرة أحمد عز القيادي بالحزب "الوطني" إلى جهة غير معروفة ، وقال إن تلك الأنباء انتشرت في مصر كما تنتشر النار في الهشيم ، في الوقت الذي تشهد فيه البلاد أكبر مظاهرات شعبية من نوعها. كما تساءلت صحيفة "معاريف: "هل هرب جمال مبارك خوفا من غضب المتظاهرين؟".
