بتعيين عمر سليمان نائبا للرئيس المصري مساء الجمعة، وتكليف أحمد شفيق بتشكيل الحكومة الجديدة، تكون مصر قد تخلصت بالفعل من حكومة رجال الاعمال التي أقالها الرئيس، لتدخل عصر حكومة الجنرالات الثلاثة.

عمر سليمان، الذي يتولى رئاسة المخابرات منذ عام 1993 هو العسكري الأقرب للرئيس مبارك، وهو أيضا لا يمثل أي مفاجأة، بالنسبة لجمهور المتظاهرين.

فعمر سليمان كان الاسم الأبرز في ملف التوريث، كما أنه محل رضى من الغرب والولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل، نظرا لانخراط مؤسسته في التعاون المتبادل مع تلك الأطراف، والأكثر أن سليمان (75 عاما) لا يكتفي بإدارة ملف المخابرات وإنما تتشعب مهامه لتشمل ملفات يفترض أنها منوطة بوزارة الخارجية مثل الوضع الفلسطيني، والسودان وملف حوض النيل.

أما الفريق شفيق فهو زميل لمبارك في سلاح الجو وصديق شخصي له، وقد رشحته عدة جهات منها وول ستريت جورنال للمنافسه على منصب الرئاسة، وهو أيضا يتجاوز السبعين وقد تولى في السابق حقيبة وزارة الطيران المدني ورئاسة شركة الطيران الوطنية.

الخارج متمثلا في الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل، يملك كلمة في اختيار الزعامة المصرية، حسبما نقل عن أحد أقطاب نظام مبارك وهو الدكتور مصطفى الفقي في العام الماضي، وقد يكون الاختيار رسالة طمأنة لهم.

وهو يشير أيضا إلى أن انتظار النظام كل هذا الوقت لم يكن اعتباطيا، بل ربما قصد لتكثيف الضغط والخوف في الشارع من حالة التسيب والفوضى، ليقبل نفس الشارع بما تطرحه الرئاسة من حلول قد لا يجد لها بديلا.

وحسب اثنين من أبرز وجوه المظاهرات فإن هذا التعيين، يعني استمرارية النظام، وأن مبارك لا يكترث بالمطالب الواضحة لجمهور المتظاهرين مراهنا على دعم الجيش ورموزه، لكي تخبو الاحتجاجات من نفسها.

كما أن من شأن هذا الاختيار لو صمد، أن يقضي على آفاق أي تحول مدني للقيادة في مصر، لكي يصبح الرئيس منتخبا مدنيا ولا يعتمد في شرعيته إلا على جمهور الناخبين.
في أي اتجاه؟

الصحفي ابراهيم منصور وعدد من قادة المظاهرات في القاهرة يقولون : مبارك"يتصرف وكأنه لا يزال يملك سلطة القرار، في حين أن كل ما يحدث حولنا يؤكد العكس".

من المؤكد أن هذا التعيين لو حدث قبل شهر مثلا، لأرضى أغلبية المصريين الذين كانوا قلقين على مستقبل البلاد، ومعارضين للتوريث على النموذج العائلي. كما أن الاثنين هما رديف للمؤسسة العسكرية، أو ربما يمكن تسويقهما على هذه الصورة في وقت الأزمة الراهنة.

لكن حدوثه في الوقت الراهن، يشير مجددا إلى عزلة واضحة بين النظام والمتظاهرين الذين ما زالوا يهتفون " الشعب يريد اسقاط الرئيس"، وحسب الصور الحية للمظاهرات، فإن المحتجين بدأوا يهتفون ضد عمر سليمان الذي حتى كان وقت قريب شخصية محبوبة.

كما أن تغييرا تجميليا كالذي حدث، ربما يرضي بعض الأطراف، كمسكن وقتي ، لكنه بالنسبة لكثيرين ، سيكون ثمنا قليلا جدا بعدما حدث من خسائر في الأرواح والممتلكات.

من المؤكد أيضا وحسب ما راج من تسريبات وشائعات اليوم، أن عمر وسليمان وأحمد شفيق ليسا في موقع يحسدان عليه، فتأخر الاعلان واستغراقه ساعات طويلة ربما يشير إلى قبول هذا التكليف بالمهمة المستحيلة لإرضاء الغاضبين، كنوع من الوفاء لصديق أو زميل عسكري هو مبارك، وليس لأنهما رجلا المرحلة.

لكن في الوقت نفسه، عدم ظهور قيادة ممثلة للجماعة الوطنية المصرية، تستيطع التحدث باسم المحتجين والإصرار على مطالبهم، ربما يجعل منهما خيارا عمليا، في وجه اي انتقادات خارجية، فنظام الرئيس المصري، سوف يتذرع بالتأكيد بان ما قام به هو المتاح لعدم وجود اجماع حزبي أو قيادة بديلة يمكن أن يترك لها مستقبل مصر.
