ببساطة شديدة نستطيع أن نجد وسيلة ما لمراقبة ردود أفعالنا السلبية أمام صعوبات الحياة البسيطة، ولكن هناك ظروف قاهرة تفقدنا توازننا وتبعثر كل وسائلنا، فكيف سنستقبل أمر موت قريب منا وعزيز علينا؟ وكيف سنتحمل رؤية مشاعرنا تخدع من طرف من فتح له قلبنا يوما وأفسحنا له المكان وأسكناه بين ضلوعنا.
إن كل منطق سوف لن يصمد معنا لإقناعنا بأننا بحاجة إلى كل هذه الأحزان والظروف القاهرة من اجل أن ننجح ونتقدم ونتطور، فقد نتطور وننجح بعيدا عن أحزان وأشجان، وقد نصل إلى تحقيق كل ما نصبو إليه دون أن تكون حياتنا امتحان قاسي يعقبه امتحان أقسى وأمر من الأول، أليس هذا منطق سليم؟.
وبالرغم من أنه لن يحدث لنا شيئا إذا كنا غير قادرين على الحياة وتخطي الصعاب والتغلب على المحن، إلا أن الحياة لا تسير بهذا المنطق ولا تسير دائما وفق تصورنا ووفق ما نؤمله.
وقد يأتي حدث ما فيصدمنا فيهز آليات الدفاع لدينا ويستفز فينا روح المقاومة للإحباط والاستسلام ويعلو صوتا من داخلنا يطالبنا بعدم خفض الأيدي ويحثنا على مواصلة المواجهة والتحدي.
توجد أحداث رغم جسامتها فهي تحدث لدى دفاعاتنا حالة من الطوارئ فتجعلها متكاملة ومتماسكة أحسن وأفضل من قبل الحدث، وهذا ما قد يدفعنا إلى التغير وتغيير واقع جامد ظل يلازمنا
في ألأوقات الصعبة علينا أن نعطي لأنفسنا وقتا للهدوء والاسترجاع، مؤمنين أننا نعيش ونحي ولنكن صابرين وكرماء مع أنفسنا، علينا أن نتقبل أزمات الحياة وصعوبتها بكثير من الهدوء وعلينا كذلك أن نحترم أحزاننا ونعطيها الوقت اللازم والكافي لها.
وقد يأتي علينا وقت قد نعتقد فيه أن كل شيء انتهى بل بالعكس فعند هذه النقطة بالذات وعندها فقط سيبدأ كل شيء.
قال الله تعالى: "والذين إذا أصابتهم مصيبة قالوا إن لله وإن إليه راجعون* أولئك على هدى من ربهم وأولئك هم المفلحون " صدق الله العظيم.
إنه لا يكفي أن أقول الآية بفمي وأن أرددها ولكن يجب أن اعتقدها وأؤمن بها وأحولها إلى سلوك وأفعال في حياتي.
