Depuis plusieurs semaines, pas un jour ne passe sans que des actions de protestation soient signalées quelque part au niveau de la wilaya de Bouira.
Ces actions se sont multipliées ces derniers jours et à chaque fois, la mal-vie, le chômage et surtout la marginalisation des localités dans les projets de développement sont souvent la cause du courroux des citoyens. Ainsi, pour la seule journée d’hier, pas moins de trois actions et non des moindres sont signalées au niveau de la wilaya. A Sour-El-Ghozlane, dès la matinée, des dizaines de chômeurs se sont rassemblés devant le siège de la daïra pour protester contre leur marginalisation et dénoncer les agissements du bureau de main-d’œuvre, l’agence locale de l’emploi. Cette agence a été la cible des ces jeunes chômeurs la semaine dernière et une semaine auparavant, c’est le wali en personne qui avait demandé une enquête sur la manière avec laquelle les responsables de cette antenne octroyaient les postes d’emploi. Depuis, une commission a été installée pour enquêter et c’est sa composante qui est contestée par les jeunes chômeurs. Durant la même journée, une autre action de protestation a été enregistrée dans la commune de Sour-El-Ghozlane où le chômage a atteint des proportions alarmantes alors qu’une cimenterie et un complexe de détergents, ERCC et Enad sont implantés dans cette localité. Et justement, cette deuxième action d’hier a été menée par les travailleurs de l’Enad qui ont été licenciés il y a de cela plus de 10 mois et qui sont quelque 530 travailleurs à l’être sans aucun recours. Aussi, hier, ils étaient tous là devant le siège de l’Enad à réclamer leur réintégration. D’ailleurs, durant la même journée, un travailleur licencié a failli se suicider en se coupant les veines avec une lame à rasoir, n’était l’intervention de ces collègues. Après cet acte de désespoir, l’ensemble de ces travailleurs ont convenu de se déplacer vers le siège de la wilaya pour rencontrer le wali. Dans l’après-midi, une délégation représentant ces travailleurs était reçue par ce dernier. Enfin, la troisième action signalée dans la même journée a eu lieu dans la commune de Djebbahia. Des centaines de jeunes du village de Boulerbah se sont rassemblés devant le siège de l’APC pour protester contre leur marginalisation. Pour rappel, durant la semaine dernière, plusieurs autres actions ont été menées dans différentes localités et communes et la dernière en date a eu lieu jeudi, à Chorfa où des centaines de citoyens de la localité Togi ont procédé à la fermeture de la RN26 pour dénoncer la marginalisation de leur localité et exiger par la même l’inscription de projets comme que l’AEP, l’assainissement, le gaz naturel et l’éclairage public. Des projets vitaux et élémentaires que des citoyens se voient obligés de recourir à des actions pour les voir inscrits et surtout concrétisés.
