Maghnia: Des mécontents investissent l'APC

En ce début de semaine, le siège de l'APC a été envahi par des habitants de villages de la commune de Maghnia en colère. Cette subite intrusion de plus de 150 personnes a eu lieu à dessein pour contester la liste partielle des 95 bénéficiaires des aides à la construction rurale et de manifester leur mécontentement relatif à la méthode avec laquelle ont été distribuées les décisions d'attribution de ces aides.

En effet, des protestataires parmi ces villageois n'ont pas cessé de clamer haut et fort que ces décisions ont été distribuées discrètement sans qu'aucune liste n'ait été affichée.

Le climat était électrique et la grogne allait prendre une proportion inquiétante n'était-ce l'intervention du maire qui a réussi à contenir l'irritation des mécontents en dressant devant cette masse un bref tableau de la situation du volet «construction rurale» et en programmant séparément l'entrevue des contestataires, par village. Ayant la promesse d'être reçus par le maire, selon un programme établi, pour étaler leurs préoccupations, ces derniers se sont dispersés sans heurt. Contacté à ce sujet, le P/APC affirme qu'une liste de 450 demandeurs classée par priorité a été affichée au public. A noter que les décisions relatives aux 95 aides ne sont parvenues à l'APC qu'environ 3 ans après la transmission de la liste des bénéficiaires à la DLEP.

Par ailleurs, le P/APC n'a pas hésité à encourager les protestataires à dénoncer les indélicats et les abus pour peu que des preuves palpables soient fournies. A noter que 140 autres décisions d'aide à la construction rurale seront incessamment accordées. L'aide financière à la construction rurale est de 90 millions de centimes.
