حنون تطالب بوتفليقة بالخروج عن صمته ومخاطبة الشعب

الجزائر 24- رفضت الأمينة العامة لحزب العمال بالجزائر لويزة حنون تأويل صمت الرئيس بوتفليقة حيال الأوضاع في البلاد، وقالت إنه ''يفترض أن يتكلم مع الشعب، كما يفترض أن ترسي الحكومة سياسة تواصلية مع المواطنين''.

وطالبت حنون في كلمة اختتمت بها اجتماع اللجنة المركزية لحزبها، ونقلت عنها صحيفة "الخبر" الجزائرية، الرئيس بوتفليقة بتنظيم انتخابات تشريعية ومحلية استعجاليا، مشيرة إلى أن ''تغيير الحكومة لا يفي بكل الغرض، والظرف الحالي يدعو بإلحاح إلى دمقرطة النظام، وتبني قرارات انتقالية''، كالسماح بالمسيرات عاجلا، والفتح الفوري للتلفزيون، لامتصاص غضب الشارع.

كما أوضحت حنون وفق نفس الصحيفة أنه يجب السماح للمواطنين بالتعبير عما يختلج صدورهم من خلال السماح بالمسيرات، بما في ذلك المسيرة المرتقبة يوم 12 فيفري، وأكدت أن أصحاب المبادرة لم يقترحوا عليها الانضمام ''ولن ننضم طالما لم نشارك في اجتماعهم، ولا نقبل أن يكون دورنا فقط تضخيم صفوف المسيرة بمناضلينا''.

كما استعجلت ''رفع القيود على الحق في الممارسة الديمقراطية''، مجددة رفضها لـ''برلمان يكرّس الخلط بين سلطة المال والسياسة، وهيئة بمثـابة كاتدرائية في الصحراء''، على أن يتم إنشاء مجلس تأسيسي يكون نتاج عمل جاد، على غرار تشكيل لجان شعبية تتألف من عمال ونقابيين ومواطنين من كافة الشرائح، تتولى النقاش حول السياسات الواجب اتباعها لخدمة طموحات الشعب.

وشددت مسؤولة حزب العمال أنه لم يعد أمام الحكومة مبررات للتنصل من التزاماتها تجاه المواطنين، على غرار التبريرات السابقة الموسومة بتدهور الوضع الأمني، وقالت: ''طبيعي أن تكون هناك حالة غليان، مادام الشعب يعلم أن الخزينة مملوءة دونما التفات لتطلعاته''، وأضافت ''لو لم يكن ثـمة تمييز اجتماعي، لما كان الغضب''.

في المقابل قالت حنون ان ''السيادة الوطنية للجزائر مستهدفة''، مؤكدة ''نعم، نعمل مع بوتفليقة، لكننا لا نعمل مع أوباما.. وبوتفليقة رئيسنا''.
