هيكل يكتب عمّا يجري في مصر: ســقـوط خـرافــة الاسـتـقـرار

هذه مقتطفات من مقال مطول كتبه الأستاذ محمد حسنين هيكل أردت أن أنقلها لكم لما فيها من أهمية

هذه الخرافة التي سموها الاستقرار, في حين ان "الاستقرار" معناه الحقيقي الاتساق مع مبادئ الحرية والعدل وكرامة الإنسان.

كان الشعب ـ وهذه حقيقة لم يعد في مقدور أحد أن يجادل فيها ـ يريد إسقاط النظام, ممثلاً برئاسته, وفي الحقيقة فإنها لم تكن هناك دولة, ولا كان هناك نظام, وإنما كانت هناك مجموعة سلطة.
ولكل من يريد أن يرى ويسمع ويفهم فإن مطلب الشعب وصل بالفعل, بصرف النظر عن الشكل إلى تأكيد مطلبه الأول وهو أن رئاسة السلطة انتهت.
وسواء سقطت رئاسة "حسني مبارك", أو لم تسقط, فإن هذه الرئاسة بأي معيار قد انتهت, لأنها ببساطة فقدت أي بقايا للشرعية.

ذلك ان للشرعية علامات وأمارات:
رضا وقبول طوعي من الناس ـ وذلك ضاع
ومكانة وهيبة ـ وهذه تداعت أمام جماهير الداخل وأمام المنطقة, وأمام العالم, لم يعد في مقدور أحد أن يقدم نفسه للناس ممثلاً لمصر ورمزاً لها.


الحقيقة أن معركة الرئيس حسني مبارك الآن هي محاولة استرداد السلطة, لأنه بالفعل ومنذ سنوات كان قد تنازل عنها لابنه.
لقد جرى التعامل مع السلطة كما لو أنها ملكية خاصة.
ومنذ سنوات ترك المالك أموره لابنه في القاهرة, وجلس هو بعيداً يستريح وينعم بالشيخوخة في آخر العمر, وفي خياله ان ابنه سوف يحول "الدكان" إلى "سوبر ماركت" حديث, مستعيناً ببعض الأعوان الجدد من أصدقائه.
والصور كلها تبدو وكأنها مشهد من قصة لـ"نجيب محفوظ".
كأن "سي السيد" في رواية "نجيب محفوظ" وقد ترك "المحل" لابنه وأصحابه, وانصرف إلى حياته ليعتني بصحته, ويسافر هنا وهناك, ويتسامر ويحكي الحكايات, ويلقي بالنكات مع هذا وذاك, حتى فاجأه من يخبره بأن المحل أفلس, وأن الدائنين أطبقوا عليه, وأن البنوك تطالبه بمستحقاتها, وأن ممتلكاته وأرصدته جرى الحجز عليها, فإذا هو يعود مهرولاً ليكتشف أن الذي يتعامل معه بمنطق المالك وموظفيه وعُماله هو في حقيقة أمره وطن, وأن هذا الوطن له شعب, وأن هذا الشعب يتجدد أجيالاً وأجيالاً, وأن هناك الآن جيلاً جديداً خرج يطلب الحق في الحرية والحياة, والكرامة والعدل.
ببساطة: الوطن أكبر من أن يتحول إلى ملكية أحد.
والشعب أكبر من أن يتحول إلى عمال وموظفين لديه.
هناك شعب ورجال وشباب.
ثم وهذه نقطة مهمة: هناك جيش, وهو نفس جيش الشعب ورجاله وشبابه.
وهناك هذه اللحظة حوار بين الطرفين.
وأهم ما يجب إدراكه: أن هناك صفحة تطوى.

وقد أقول انه طبقاً لمعلومات تبدو موثوقة, فإن إسرائيل سألت في القاهرة عما إذا كان هناك شيء تستطيع أن تفعله للمساعدة, وكانت الحكومة الأميركية هي التي ردت تقول: إن أي عمل من جانبكم سوف يزيد من تعقيد الموقف, فاتركوه لنا ولأصدقائنا في الإقليم, ونحن معكم نرى أن زماناً انتهى في مصر, وزماناً ثانياً على وشك أن يبدأ, ونحن مع أصدقاء لنا نستطيع أن نرتب بأفضل مما تقدرون عليه (لحفظ ما يُسمى بالاستقرار وما يُسمى بالسلام).
