إن المتأمل فيما رتبه الشارع من عقوبة دينية ودنيوية على من فارق جماعة المسلمين وخرج على إمامهم؛ ليدرك أن مفاسد هذا الخروج عظيمة، وآثاره خطيرة، أياً كان قصد الخارج.
ولقد استقرأ شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية -رحمه الله تعالى- تاريخ الإسلام فخرج في هذا الباب بقوله البديع: (... ولعله لا يعرف طائفة خرجت على ذي سلطان إلا وكان في خروجها من الفساد ما هو أعظم من الفساد الذي أزالته) ( ).
إن مفارقة الجماعة والخروج على الإمام فيها:
• استبدال للأمن بالخوف.
•واستبدال للشبع بالجوع.

• وإراقة للدماء.

• وهتك للأعراض.
• ونهب للأموال.
• وقطع للسبل.
• وتسلط للسفهاء.
• وانتشار للجهل، ورفعة للجهال.• ونقص في العلم، وغربة لأهله.
• وضعف الدين، وغربته
وكل لون من ألوان الفساد العريض في الأرض:
واسمع -حفظك الله- إلى استفتاء وجه لإمام أهل السنة والجماعة، الإمام: أحمد بن حنبل، وتأمل محاورة السائل للإمام، وماذا كان يرد الإمام عليه، تخرج بصورة واضحة عن مفاسد الخروج: أخرج الخلال في « السنة » ( ) بسند صحيح، عن أبي الحارث الصائغ قال: سألت أبا عبد الله في أمر كان حدث ببغداد، وهم قوم بالخروج، فقلت: يا أبا عبد الله، ما تقول في الخروج مع هؤلاء القوم؟.
فأنكر ذلك عليهم، وجعل يقول: (سبحان الله! الدماء الدماء!، لا أرى ذلك، ولا آمر به.
الصبر على ما نحن فيه خير من الفتنة، يسفك فيها الدماء، ويستباح فيها الأموال، وينتهك فيها المحارم. أما علمت ما كان الناس فيه - يعني: أيام الفتنة-؟).
قلت: والناس اليوم، أليس هم في فتنة يا أبا عبد الله؟
قال: (وإن كان، فإنما هي فتنة خاصة، فإذا وقع السيف عمت وانقطعت السبل الصبر على هذا ويسلم لك دينك خير لك).
ورأيته ينكر الخروج على الأئمة، وقال: (الدماء! لا أرى ذلك، ولا آمر به). اهـ.
