تحسبا لمسيرة 12 فيفري: بن صالح و زياري يحثان الشباب على عدم الخروج للشار [الأرشيف]

وجهة رئيس مجلس الأمة، عبد القادر بن صالح، رسالة إلى الشباب الجزائري المرتقب أن ينضم للمظاهرات التي ستنظمها التنسيقية الوطنية من أجل التغيير السلمي في 12 من الشهر الجاري، لمطالبة بتغيير النظام. وحث في خطاب له ألقاه اليوم الأربعاء 2 فيفري، بمناسبة اختتام الدورة الخريفية للبرلمان، الشباب بعدم الانصياع لما وصفها "القوة التي لا يروقها أن تكون الجزائر مستقرة ومتقدمة"، مؤكد رفض مجلس الأمة للطريقة التي تم التعبير فيها عن الانشغالات، رغم تأكيده لمشروعيتها. ودعا بن صالح الشباب لمواجهة "التحديات التي تعترض الوطن وتهدد مستقبله ".

وحاول بن صالح التأكيد أن أطرافا من دون ذكرها بالاسم تريد استغلال الاحتجاجات الأخيرة، لأهداف غير معروفة داعيا جميع المواطنين إلى "الالتفاف حول الجزائر والعمل على صيانتها من التربصات التي تهدف لزعزعت استقرار البلاد "، وقال "لا بد من استخلاص الدروس مما حصل لنا" في إشارة إلى العشرية السوداء، "و ما حصل حولنا" في إشارة أخرى إلى الوضع السياسي التي تشهده تونس ومصر. كما دعا الحكومة إلى ضرورة فتح الحوار مع الشباب من أجل الوقوف عند انشغالاته، بمشاركة مختلف فعاليات المجتمع المدني.

وعبر بن صالح عن ما وصفه بحكمة الحكومة في تسيير الأحداث الأخيرة المتعلقة بحفظ أسعار السوق وحماية القدرة الشرائية، مع التأكيد على ضرورة أن تعمل الحكومة على حماية المواطن من المضاربين.

في المقابل، تناول رئيس المجلس الشعبي الوطني، عبد العزيز زياري، أيضا وبصفة ضمنية تخوف الدولة من الاحتجاجات التي ستشهدها الجزائر في 12 من الشهر الجاري، ودعا رئيس الغرفة السفلى الشباب "لليقظة والوعي والحفاظ على المكاسب الوطنية، مع ضرورة تكفل الدولة بانشغالاتهم"، مشيرا إلى أن العلاج لمشكل البطالة يكمن في إقامة اقتصاد منتج للسلع والخدمات، بتجنيد القطاعين العام والخاص.
