لم يتخذ أي قرار يحد من الحريات في إطار حالة الطوارئ

أكد نائب الوزير الأول نور الدين يزيد زرهوني يوم الأربعاء بالجزائر أن السلطات العمومية لم تتخذ أبدا قرارات في إطار حالة الطوارئ "تقلص" أو "تحد" من الحريات الفردية و الجماعية.
و في تصريح للصحافة خلال مراسم إختتام دورة الخريف للمجلس الشعبي الوطني قال زرهوني "لم نتخذ أبدا في إطار حالة الطوارئ قرارات تقلص أو تحد من الحريات الفردية أو الجماعية أو تمس بها" مضيفا أن "رفع حالة الطوارئ ليس قيد الدراسة حاليا". كما تساءل زرهوني "هل يوجد في الجزائر اليوم معتقلا سياسيا" مبرزا الحرية التي تتمتع بها الصحافة قائلا "الصحفيون يكتبون ما يريدون دون رقابة". وبخصوص مسألة رفع حالة الطوارئ أشار زرهوني أن "الأمر يتعلق بوسيلة تسمح بتنسيق فعال لعمل الجيش الشعبي الوطني و مصالح الأمن و كذا الإدارة في مكافحة الإرهاب".
و أوضح نائب الوزير الأول أنه أمام التهديد الإرهابي "ليس من الحكمة المطالبة برفع حالة الطوارئ حاليا". وفيما يتعلق بإعلان الجمعيات تنظيم مسيرة يوم 12 فبراير بالجزائر أكد زرهوني أن وزير الداخلية و الجماعات المحلية قد ذكر مؤخرا أن المسيرات غير مرخصة في العاصمة. في رده على سؤال يقارن بين الأوضاع السائدة من جهة في تونس و مصر و من
جهة أخرى الجزائر صرح نائب الوزير الأول أن الأوضاع في الدول الثلاثة "ليست متشابهة". كما أشار زرهوني الى أن " الجزائر وعلى مستوى السياسات الإجتماعية تسجل التحويلات الاجتماعية من أعلى المستويات في العالم "مضيفا "تم بناء مليوني وحدة سكنية و تسجل الجزائر 10 ملايين تلميذ في مختلف الأطوار التربوية و5ر1 مليون طالب". و تابع الوزير" تحقق تقدم في الجزائر والأوضاع تتغير بشكل تدريجي". مشيرا لقانون المالية لسنة 2009 الذي أدرج عدة إجراءات لتحسين التحكم في الإقتصاد الوطني. بخصوص قانون البلدية أشار زرهوني أن النقاش "مفتوح" موضحا
انه قد تم الإنتهاء من المرحلة الأولى المتعلقة بتنظيم الهياكل و قد تم توجيه العمل حاليا نحو إصلاح الجباية المحلية.
