بوشاشي: قرار الرئيس رفع حالة الطوارئ ليس هدفا في حد ذاته و لنا مطالب أكثر أهمية

صرح المحامي مصطفى بوشاشي، رئيس الرابطة الجزائرية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان وأحد المبادرين لتنظيم مسيرة 12 من فيفري الجاري من أجل التغيير والديمقراطية، اليوم الخميس 3 فيفري، لـ"كل شيء عن الجزائر"، أن" قرار الرئيس بوتفليقة رفع حالة الطوارئ عن قريب ليس هدف في حد ذاته"، معتبرا أن التنسيقية الوطنية من أجل التغيير والديمقراطية متمسكة بتنظيم المسيرة، من أجل تحقيق أهداف أكثر أهمية. وقال بوشاشي إن "الهدف هو الانتهاء من ديمقراطية الواجهة والانتقال إلى ديمقراطية حقيقية".

واعتبر المحامي المخضرم أن تطلعات الشارع الجزائري هو ليس رفع حالة الطوارئ، وإنما تطلعات من أجل تحقيق الحرية الديمقراطية والحياة الكريمة، وتساءل بوشاشي في رد فعله عن قرار الرئيس بوتفليقة صياغة قانون لرفع حالة الطوارئ في هذا الوقت بذات، قائلا "هل هي نية حقيقة في الانفتاح الديمقراطي من خلال اتخاذ هذا الإجراء، أم وسيلة فقط لربح الوقت؟" رغم أن المحامي اعتبر أن القرار مهم وإيجابي.

و أكد بوشاشي أن حالة الطوارئ منذ أن طبقت كان إجراءا خارج على القانون والدستور، وتم وضع هذا الإجراء فقط في العاصمة، حيث مقر السلطة المركزية، و منعت المسيرات والاحتجاجات دون ولايات الوطن الأخرى.
وتزامن قرار الرئيس المفاجئ بمطالبة الحكومة صياغة قانون لرفع حالة الطوارئ، مع قرار حقوقيون ونقابيون الالتفاف حول مبادرة أطلقتها الرابطة الوطنية لحماية حقوق الإنسان ضمن تنسيقية أطلقت عليها اسم" التنسيقية الوطنية من أجل التغيير الديمقراطي"، التي قررت تنظيم مسيرة في 12 من هذا الشهر للمطالبة بالتغيير.

وقال مصطفى بوشاشي أن التنسيقية قدمت طلب لدى وزارة للداخلية من أجل الترخيص لمسيرتها، وأنها متمسكة بقرارها في الاحتجاج حتى ولم يتم الترخيص لها.

كان الأجدر أن نرى مدى فعالية و مصداقية هذا الرجل في إطار مهنته ، و إبان بروز مخاوِف " تعديل " القانون المنظم لها ، المشروع الذي قلّص من أدوار المحامي و شوه علاقاته مع الهيئات القضائية ، و مسّ مساساً جوهرياً بحقوق الدفاع ،،،
