صرح السيد مشرارة للإذاعة البهجة بأن مقابلة الودية ضد تونس أجلت ولم تلغى وسبب التأجيل عدم وجود مرافق تابعة للملاعب عبر الوطن وليس أننا لانملك ملاعب فقد أكد أن ملعب قسنطينة أرضيته جيدة جدا لكن انعدام المرافق الرياضية الطبية والفندقة من أعلى مستوى لا توجد في الولايات الآخرى وملعب 5 جويلة
أرضيته غير صالحة 100 بالمئة ومشكل الإنارة بيد أنه يوجد عطب في المولد الرئيسي يستلزم تغير بعض قطع الغيار
والأشغال لم تنتهي به وصرح قائلا أن هذا المشكل مخجل جدا بالنسبة للجزائر بحيث تملك الجزائر 1400 ملعب لكن التجهيزات غير مهيئة مما تجعل الملاعب
غير دولية لذلك تقرر توسع ملعبين في الوقت الراهن لحين إكتمال بناء ملعب براقي
الملعبين هما ملعب القليعة وملعب رويبة بأحدث التجهيزات وبناء مرافق تابعة للملعبين وبناء مدرجات إيضافية بحيث سعة كل واحد
35000 متفرج وعرج السيد مشرارة على كأس إفريقيا للمحلين وأكد بأن كل الوسائل والموارد البشرية والمادية منحت للفريق وما على المحلين إلا إثبات قدراتهم وإعادة الإعتبار لللاعب المحلي
فيما يخص المنتخب الأولمبي الذي أشاد به مطولا قال هذا هو مشروع الإتحادية لما بعد 4 سنوات والإتحادية تركز على تكوين هؤلاء السباب
وتكوين فريق تنافسي على المدى البعيد مع تدعيم الفريق بالمغتربين ذوي المستوى العالي
بالنسبة للبطولة الوطنية من المقرر استأنافها يوم 15/02/2011 بالمقابلة النتأخرة لمولودية الجزائر مع اتحاد الحراش
ودافع السيد مشرارة على المغتربين الذين توافدو بشكل كبير على البطولة وطلب من رؤساء الفرق منحهم فرصة البروز والإستفادة منهم قدر المستطاع لرفع المستوى بحيث أكد بأنهم متخرجون من أحسن المراكز والأكادميات الكروية الأجنبية عكس ما يوجد في الجزائر
