عوامل مكنت فرعون من عدم السقوط

مرت 11 يوما منذ اندلاع الثورة المصرية على النظام الحاكم، وفرعون قابع متمسك بعدم الرحيل. وللجمعة الثانية خرج المصريون بالملايين في المدن الكبرى يهتفون برحيله. والمجموعة الدولية تطالب بالشروع الفوري في مرحلة انتقالية تنهي النظام الذي نبذه شعبه. لكن دون جدوى، فرعون ها هنا قابع لا يسمع ولا يرى ولا يفكر في الرحيل.
في الصباح، قبل ''جمعة الرحيل''، نزل وزير الدفاع، محمد حسين الطنطاوي، إلى ميدان التحرير وقال للمحتجين إن ''الرجل قال لكم أنه لن يترشح''. ما جعل التكهنات حول الدور الخفي للجيش تنطلق من جديد.
وكان في البداية قد احتل الجيش المراكز الحساسة، وفقا لقانون الطوارئ الساري المفعول، والذي يخول له تسيير الوضع المتأزم. لكن ما حدث أن الجيش نزل إلى الميدان ورفض إطلاق النار على المتظاهرين ولم يحرك ساكنا عندما هجم ''بلطجية'' فرعون على المتظاهرين واعتدوا على الصحافيين، دون استثناء.
ذلك ما لفت الانتباه إلى الدور الذي يقوم به الجيش المصري في وضع سريالي، حيث مسك العصا من الوسط، يصعب الجزم في التموقع الذي التزم به خلال التطورات التي هزت أركان النظام.
في المقابل التحق الجميع بالمتظاهرين. لحق بهم عمرو خالد وعمرو موسى والقرضاوي والطنطاوي والإخوان والأقباط والفنانون والسياسيون وغيرهم. والتف الجميع في ميدان التحرير مطالبين، هاتفين، يصرخون برحيل الرئيس الذي أخذ كل وقته في الرحيل.
هنا يكمن كل الاختلاف بين ما حدث في تونس. سقط بن علي وقت انحاز العسكر إلى جهة المتظاهرين، عكس المصريين الذين وقفوا إلى جانب الرئيس وسط الزوبعة التي تكاد تعصف بهم جميعا. فمن جهة، يريدون الظهور أمام الرأي العام الدولي بأنهم يراعون حق التظاهر وأنهم ليسوا انقلابيين، ربما حتى يُطلب منهم ذلك. وفي نفس الوقت بقوا ثابتين وراء الرئيس الذي ينحدر من الجيش، وقد عيّن الرجل الأول في الاستخبارات نائبا له، وعسكريا ينحدر من الدفاع الجوي ـ الذي كان ينتمي إليه فرعون قبل دخول ميدان السياسة ـ على رأس الحكومة التي عيّنها في خضم الاحتجاجات العارمة المطالبة برأسه.
هكذا وضع مبارك نفسه في تموقع الإيفواري غباغبو، الذي رفض التنحي عن الحكم بالرغم من النداءات الدولية. فيقول أنصاره إن مصر ليست تونس، بمعنى أن النظام متماسك ولا يفتح فجوة لمعارضيه للعبث به وملاحقته أمام المحاكم الدولية.
فبعد محاولة خلق تيار مساند له، يعتمد على ''البلطجية''، كما فعل غباغبو. إذ أخرج نائبه لتقديم خطاب يطمئن المحتجين بأن الرحيل ليس بقريب. وأنه سيمكث في منصبه مهما فعلت أمريكا ـ التي تحوّلت فجأة إلى عدو النظام في مصر ـ وحلفائها، مستلفا الخطاب من غباغبو.
