السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركااته
عااملاات النظاافة
كثيرااا ما نصادف عاملات النظافة في حياتنا اليومية ...لكن ما يلفت الأنتباه هذه الأعواام وجود عاملات نظافة في سن شبابية و من فئة النسااء كثيرات منهن في العشريناات و بداية الثلاثينات ...يعملن في محاطات الحافلات المشافي ..تنظيف العمارات ... و المؤلم ان فيه كثيراات منهن لهم من المستوى العلمي ما يمَّكنُهن من ممارسة وظيفة اخرى ...
أحيانا أحب التقرب من بعضهن ...ليس فضولا مني و لكن لمعرفة المجتمع الجزائري عن قرب ...لكن طبعاا بطريقة غير مباشرة تجنبا لاي إحراج ...
من يومين كانت لي فرصة الحديث لواحدة من مجموعة العاملات كانت أرملة لها بنتين و حكت لي جانباا غامضاا عن حياتهااا فبعد اكثر من 7 سنوات من عملها كمراقبة في الابتدائي في الشبكة الإجتماعية ..وجدت نفسها مجبرة لتعمل في النظافة في احدى شركات السيارات كعاملة نظافة ..طبعاا من أجل كسب أكبر ...و حكت لي بعضا من الجانب الغامض في عمل التنظيف و ما تلاقيه احيانا من نظرات المجتمع و كذا مضايقاات في عملهاا بإعتبارهااا حسنة الشكل و ارملة بدون عائل ...
أحب في هذا الموضوع أن أعرف راي المجتمع الجزائري خاصة الشباب لهذه الفئة من العاملات ليس فضولا لكن من اجل نظرة اعمق ..و لما ل قد نستطيع فعل بعض التغير مع بعض ...
-ماهو رايك بوجه خااص لهذه الفئة و هل تلمس الحاجة اليومية لنااا لهاااا و ما تقيمك لـ أدائهن؟؟؟
-بكل صدق هل تحب أن ان ترى إحدى قريباتك تشتغل في هذا العمل -السؤال ليس فضولا-؟؟
-بكل مصداقية هل تقبل الارتباط بفتاة تعمل في النظافة ؟؟؟
- سعيا منا لتطوير بعض النظرياات و الخروج بنتيجة طيبة سواء للاشخاص او للنظافة بوجه عاام ماهي نصيحتك للمجتمع في ظل الموضوع و كلمة للعاملاات ؟؟؟

جزاك الله خير الجزاءليلى على هذا الموضوع والله في وقته
حقا يوجد كثيرا من هم في هذه الوضعية سواء بالنسبة للإناث في موضوعك
أو فيما يخص الرجال كثيرا إن لم أقل 90بالمئة منهم ذوي مستوى ثقافي عالي ويحملون العديد من الشهادات
لكن الله غالب ظروف جعلتهم يعملون هذا العمل النبيل وأنا أقدر كل واحد منهم لأنه خدام الرجال
سيدهم و عمل حلال يكسبون منه مالا حلالا طاهرا
ربما المجتمع يحمل رأي آخر عن هذه الفئة في رأي رأي جاهل
أنا عن نفسي لاأجد حرجا في هذا العمل

واصلو ا كسب رزقكم بالحلال ولا تهتموا لنظرة المجتمع او كلام الناس
كلمتي للمجتمع أولا لنغير نظرتنا لهذه الفئة فهذا عمل شريف حلال كسائر الاعمال
الرجاءعدم رمي الأوراق أو ايشيء أخر في الطريق او الفي مكان العمل
لنظافة الطبيعة ولكي تساعد إنسان ما بطريقة غير مباشرة

من يعتقد أن مهنة النظافهة هي أقل من أي مهنة غيرها ..
فهو على قلط و مهنة النظافة كمهنة البناء و التعليم و التصنع..
و كل مهنة ترتبط بأخر ..و كل مهنة تحتاج للأخرة

على الأقل لا تزال صامده و لم تقنط من رحمة الله
عكس المنتحريين او الحراقه
هاته ظاهرة التفصيل فيها يحتاج الى تحليل ابستيمولوجي
و اجتماعي حتى نعرف مكامن الخلل
رغم اننا نعاني مشكل فقدان العداله الاجتماعية
لا اعتبر هذا عملا معيبا ربما هو انتقاص من المستوى العلمي للمراه
لكنه عمل شريف بارك الله فيك

و هو يحيا حياة كريمة ربما احسن من مهندس في بلاد عربية

لكن نظرة المجتمع القاسية جدا لهؤلاء جعلت الابن ينحرج من ذكر مهنة ابيه او امه

و كان السعي لطلب الرزق غدا جريمة اخلاقية او ما شابه

انا اكن كل التقدير لكل عامل يكسب قوته بالحلال

و بارك الله فيك على طرح موضوع كهذا للنقاش

نعم تابعت حصة خواطر في جزئها ذاك ...و لحد الان اسعى لتطبيق بعض الافكاار
منها حذف كلمة زباال من لهجة الجزائري و تعويضها بكلمة عامل نظافة للصغار قبل الكباار
نعم موضوع عمال النظافة له اثر كبير ....كنا قد تطرقنااا لرجال النظاافة و لو ذكرهم يثري الموضوع ....لكن فقط لو كان بعض التركيز على النساااء و ما أكثرهم اليوم
أحببت معرفة المجتمع عن قرب للمراة العاملة في النظافة و خااصة فئة الشابات منهن ........

ماهو رايك بوجه خااص لهذه الفئة و هل تلمس الحاجة اليومية لنااا لهاااا و ما تقيمك لـ أدائهن؟؟؟
بصراحه العمل شرف مهما كان المهم في اطار الاخلاق الرفيعه ،وهناك الكثيرات والكثيرون من يعملون في غير مجال تخصصهم هدا من جهة اما فيمايخص اكيد نحن بحاجه لعمال القائمين على النظافه بارك الله فيهم لانهم الوحيدين من يسترون عيبنا اقصد في رمي الاوساخ..ولا يمكننا الاستغناء عنهم فهم فئه مهمة وضروريه في المجتمع ..اما التقييم فهن بشر وفيهم الدي يعمل بضمير كما اي عامل في اي ميدان وفيهم من يجعل ضميره جانبا متحججا بالرصيد الهزيل.

ادا لم تجد عملا يعولها وادا كنا لا نقدر على اعالتها فما المانع العمل شرف مهما كان المهم ان يكون حلالا ولا يجب ان نفكر بعقليه انهزاميه ونحتقر ونستعر من هدا العمل
