تعرض أنبوب الغاز المصري الذي يزود العدو الإسرائيلي للتخريب

تسبب التفجير الذي استهدف أنبوب الغاز المصري الذي يزود الأردن بحوالي 2.5 مليار م3 من الغاز سنويا بتوقيف ضخ الغاز المصري نحو الكيان الصهيوني، كإجراء احترازي. وسارعت الحكومة المصرية بتوجيه أصابع الاتهام في العملية إلى جهات أجنبية. فيما تعتقد أطراف رافضة لمبارك ‬أن ‬النظام ‬خرب ‬الأنبوب ‬للضغط ‬على ‬الغرب.

وتستورد إسرائيل 40 في المائة من احتياجاتها من الغاز الطبيعي من مصر في إطار اتفاق تأسس على معاهدة السلام الموقعة بين البلدين عام 1979 . ولكن الحكومة المصرية تسلم الغاز للاسرائيليين بسعر تفضيلي لا يتعدى ثلث السعر في السوق العالمية.

ويتم تصدير الغاز المصري إلى إسرائيل، من خلال شركة "غاز شرق المتوسط"، وتمتد الصفقة إلى 2028 بأسعار تفضيلية، ويملك رجل الأعمال حسين سالم المقرب من الرئيس مبارك، حصة مهمة في رأسمال الشركة، حيث تقدر خسائر مصر من الاتفاقية 3 ملايير دولار سنويا.

وقالت وزارة البترول المصرية إنه من حق شركة "غاز شرق المتوسط" توقيع أي عقود تجارية مع شركات أو أفراد داخل إسرائيل شريطة التنسيق مع الجانب المصري، موضحا أن الاتفاق الموّقع بين الحكومة المصرية، ممثلة في الشركة القابضة للغازات الطبيعية "إيجاس"، وشركة "غاز شرق المتوسط"، التي أسسها رجل الأعمال المصري حسين سالم، لتصدير الغاز لمدة 20 عاما يعطى للشركة الإسرائيلية حق تنظيم التعاقدات التجارية بالأسعار التي تراها مناسبة لها. وتؤكد الصفقة أن رجال النظام المصري استخدموا اتفاقية كامب ديفيد لصالحهم. ويعتبر حسين سالم طيارا ضابطا ‬في ‬الجيش ‬المصري. ‬

وأوضحت "هاآرتس" أن الشركة اتفقت مع شركة "دوراد" الإسرائيلية العاملة في مجال توليد الكهرباء على توريد 12.5 مليار متر مكعب من الغاز الطبيعي، في صفقة جديدة تتراوح قيمتها بين 2.1 و2.5 مليار دولار. وتلتزم الشركة المصرية، في العقد الجديد بتوريد الغاز الطبيعي لشركة "دوراد" لمدة 17 سنة، ويعطي العقد الحق لشركة "دوراد" في تمديد فترة تصدير الغاز 5 سنوات إضافية. وتلتزم "شركة غاز شرق المتوسط"، بتوريد 0.75 مليار متر مكعب من الغاز الطبيعي سنويا لشركة "دوراد"، حيث تحصل في المقابل على مبلغ يتراوح بين 125 و150 مليون دولار سنويا، وهذا بعد فوز شركة "دوراد" الإسرائيلية بمناقصة لإنشاء أول محطة توليد كهرباء تابعة للقطاع الخاص في إسرائيل بمدينة عسقلان، إذ من المقرر أن تدخل سوق العمل بدءا من 2012 بقوة 800 ميغاواط.
