كعكة الشوكولاتة بالقهوة مع القشطة

المقادير:

* 100 غرام الشوكولا العادية
* 200 غرام من السكر
* 200 غرام من الزبدة غير المملحة
* 150 مل من القهوة السريعة الذوبان
* 3 بيضات

التقديم:

قشطة طازجة، قرفة وحبوب بن مكسوة بالشوكولا

طريقة التحضير:

1- يحمى الفرن مسبقاً إل درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية أو 350 درجة فهرنهايت أو غاز 4 ، يوضع ورق غير لاصق في قعر صينية دائرية قطرها 23 سم.
2 - توضع الشوكولا والسكر والزبدة والقهوة في قدر ، يحرك المزيج فوق نار خفيفة حتى يذوب، ترفع النار تدريجياً ويترك المزيج يغلي برفق لمدة 10 دقائق مع التحريك المستمر.
3 - توضع البيضات في وعاء وتخفق جيداً، يخفق مزيج الشوكولا المبرد قليلاً على حده، ثم يضاف إلى البيضات ويخلطان جيداً، يصب المزيج في الصينية ويطهى لمدة 30 دقيقة، يبرد، ثم يوضع في الثلاجة لمدة 45 دقيقة على الأقل.

للتقديم:

يخرج الجاتوه من الثلاجة، تنزع ورقة الخبز من الأسفل، يقدم الجاتوه مع القشطه الطازجة المرشوشة بالقرفة وحبوب البن المكسوة بالشوكولاتة

كاس كريم باتسيير مضاف اليه ملعقه من النسكافيه
ظرف جلاتين مذوب
للوجه كريم شانتيه
ربع كاس من السكر المذوب حتى يصبح بني ومطبوخ مع الماء
حبات من القهوه للزينه


الطريقه:

توضع الشريحه في القالب المتحرك وتسقى بالشيره
تخلط الكريم شانتيه مع الكريم باتسيير والجلاتين
تضاف الي الكيكه وتترك لمده يوم كامل
تدهن الوجه بالسكر المذوب وتجمل بالكريمه وحبات القهوه

المقادير

4 بيضات
نصف كوب سكر
ثلاثة اربع كوب من الدقيق
ملعقة من الزبدة
مربة او كريمة او كريم جناش للحشو

خطوات العمل

يفصل صفار البيض عن بياضه . يخفق الصفار مع السكر حتى يميل لونه الى البياض
يخفق بياض البيض حتى يصير هشأ
ينخل الدقيق ويضاف تدريجا وعلى دفعات الى بياض البيض يوضع فى كل دفعة قليل من الدقيق وقليل من بياض البيض
يخفق المزيج جيدا ثم تكرر العملية حتى تنتهى كمية الدقيق وبياض البيض
تدهن صينية مقاس 25 *25 سم تقريبابالزبدة وتوضع فوقها ورقة من ورق الشمع او ورق الزبدة وتدهن الورقة ايضا
بالزبدة ويصب فوقها الخليط على ان تكون سمك الخليط 1سم تقريبا
يوضع القالب فى فرن متوسط الحرارة اى 200 درجة مئوية لمدة عشر دقائق او ربع ساعة حتى يحمر السطح
تبل قطعة من القماش بالماء وتعصر جيدا ويقلب عليها السوسرول وينزع الورق منه وبعد يفرد عليه الكريم او المربة
حسب الرغبة ويلف السويسرول على شكل اسطوانة وتلف بورقة وتترك لمدة 3 ساعات بالثلاجة وبعد يقطع الى
حلقات بسمك 2سم تقريبا او حسب الرغبة
