الإستراتيجية الأمريكية في تفتيت الشعوب

تعتمد الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في علاقاتها مع دول العالم على إرساء بعض الاستراتيجيات التي تمكنها من إبقاء هيمنتها وبالتالي الإبقاء على مصالحها مصانة محفوظة ودون أن تكون مضرة في كل مرة إلى افتعال نزاع أو الدخول في مواجهة حتى ولو كنت دبلوماسية، فهي تحاول أن تظهر بمظهر الدولة الراعية لمصالح العالم والراعية لأمنه وسلامته والساعية لنشر قيم العدل والمساواة بين الشعوب والدول والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تضع هذه الاستراتيجيات خدمة لمصالحها دون أن تثير حولها الريبة والشك، ومن بينها إستراتيجية التفتيت والتقسيم واللعب على وتر العرق أو المذهب أو الذين أو حتى الاختلاف السياسي معتمدة في ذلك على جملة من الخطوات أو العمليات ولعل أهمها من وجهة نظري هي:
*إذكاء نار الفتن وبث الفرقة وتصوير فريق على أنه بعبع وغول سيأكل الباقيين عبر تقديم معلومات مضخمة تصور الآخر انه إمبراطورية، وإذا لم يتحد الباقيين في وجهه فسيقضي عليهم.
*العمل على إضعاف المعارضة عبر إشغالها بأمور ثانوية كمناصرتهم الصورية لها عبر ترديد عبارات من نوع:"إن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تأمل أن تلبي الحكومات العربية التطلعات السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية المشروعة للشعوب، خصوصا إذا عبرت عن نفسها من خلال وسائل قانونية وسلمية"، ولنقرأ جيدا العبارة الأخيرة وسائل قانونية وسلمية.
*شن الحرب النفسية عبر إعلام مضلل، عنوانه العريض الإشاعة وبث الأنباء المفبركة والكاذبة التي من شانها أن تزيد الاحتقان
*حروب سياسية لا تنتهي عبر دعم المنشقين سرا ودعم أطروحاتهم عبر الوسائل الإعلامية المسماة زورا وبهتانا المستقلة والمحايدة والترويج لهم ولأفكارهم عبر حملة منظمة ومستمرة حتى يصدق الناس ما جاؤوا به ويتبعونهم على اساس انهم المهدي المنتظر والعمل على شيطنة الآخر حتى يخيل للناس أن هذا الآخر هو الشيطان بعينه وأن ما يأتي به لا يتعدى الا ان يكون آيات شيطانية تحت مسميات أخرى
*حرب اقتصادية عبر التلاعب بأسعار البترول وسعر صرف العملة الأكثر تداولا في الأسواق
*خلق طابور خامس من الخونة ومن العملاء عبر شراء ذممهم واطلاقهم فيما بعد كجواسيس تحرض على الفتن وتخرب وتستغل الفوارق الاجتماعية وتلعب على وتر العرقية والطائفية
*خلق أقلية دينية أو عرقية ودعمها علنا وسرا وقانون حماية الأقليات الذي سنته الأمم المتحدة هو قانون بتوصية أمريكية ومباركة غربية وهو يهدف بالأساس لخلق المناخ المناسب للتفتيت والتقسيم والتجزئة.
*اغتصاب العقول، إذا كانت حقبة الاستعمار العسكري للأوطان قد اتسمت باغتصاب الأرض فإنه وفي عصر العولمة قد اتسم باغتصاب العقول، لما لهذا الاغتصاب من ميزة توفره على كل عوامل السيطرة والهيمنة، وقد سعت الدول الغربية عامة أمريكا خاصة دائما إلى السيطرة والهيمنة معتمدة في هذا الجانب على إبراز سمة العلم والدراسة العلمية حتى تصل إلى العقول بسهولة ويسر، فتحتلها بمعارف ونظريات ظاهرها العلم والمعرفة وباطنها العمل على إعادة تشكيل البديهيات وإعادة تشكيل جغرافية الوطن كما حدث مع دراسة عنوانها الأصول العرقية للشعب المصري والمقدمة من طرف المركز الأكاديمي الإسرائيلي بالقاهرة ولا يحتاج قارئ هذه الدراسة إلى ذكاء كبير حتى يعرف أنها تسعى إلى تفتيت الشعب المصري على أساس اثني وطائفي والعمل على إقناع العقل المصري بأن مجتمعه غير متجانس وأنه غير قابل للتعايش السلمي، والكثير الكثير من الدراسات التي اهتمت بدراسة المجتمعات في الوطن العربي والإسلامي سعت إلى نفس الهدف وكمثال أورد دراسة عنوانها الأقليات في الوطن العربي واتجاهاتها السياسية يدل بوضوح عن نية مثل هذه المراكز لاغتصاب العقول وتفتيتها كمقدمة لتفتيت المجتمع والبلد.
وكل ما ذكر وأكثر لا يتم على المباشر ولا بدعم واضح وصريح من الإدارة الأمريكية، وإنما يتم عبر منظمات ومؤسسات غير حكومية تعلن غير ما تبطن ومن أهمها الهيئة الديمقراطية الأمريكية والوكالة الأمريكية للإنماء، وأخطرها ما يعرف بالتداخل الأمريكي (stay behind)، وكذلك استخدام الشركات العملاقة المتعددة الجنسيات.
