نقاش حول الوضعية الكارثية لمستشفياتنا

السلام عليكم
احببت ان اطرح هذا الموضوع في هذا الوقت بالذات ..
هذا الوقت الذي يعتبره الكثيرون وقت للتغيير
وبما ان التغيير يبدا من الفرد سابدا به وانتهي باصحاب الامر ...

قبل اسبوعين اجرى ابي حفظه الله عملية جراحية في احدى اكبر المستشفيات الجزائرية..التي تعتبر من اجملها وطنيا...
هي عملية بسيطة لكن تتطلب نوعاا من الرعاية الصحية ..
وبمجرد الانتهاء من العملية قاموا بارجاع ابي الا نفس الغرفة السابقة (غرفة من 6 اشخاص)...
حيث انه لم يفق من التخدير وبعد مرور ساعتين افاق وهو في حالة صعبة ولم يتذكر اي احد ليجد نفسه في غرفة مليئة بالضجيج والصراخ..
السؤال هنا لماذا يكتب الاطباء في تقريرهم انه في فترة نقاهة وعناية مشددة؟

وبقي على تلك الحالة اسبوعين لم يذق فيهما القليل من النوم والراحة..
بما انه جالس مع 5 اخرين احدهم لديه مرض صدري يجعله لا يهدا من كثرة السعال (شفاه الله)..
والاخر ضرب في الاحتجاجات الاخيرة ومع كثرة زواره والحديث معهم لا يوجد مجال حتى للغفو
اما الاخر عفاكم الله فلديه مرض باطني يجعليه يتقيا طول الليل ولكم ان تتصورو
الغرفة مع عدم وجود عمال النظافة في الليل...

اما من جهة اخرى فالطامة الكبرى هم الممرضات والممرضين الذين من المفروض انهم يسهرون على راحة المرضى...
فاحاديث وصراخ وجري في الرواق خاصة مع النقاش على احداث تونس الاخيرة
كل هذا وابي كباقي المرضى لم يهنؤا بالنوم ولا بالراحة..
في بلد احتياطاته اكبر من احتياطات اسبانيا..
في هذا الموضوع اردت ان اشير الا شيئين مهمين هما..
لماذا هذا الاكتظاظ في الغرف ونحن نستطيع بناء مستشفيات كبرى.؟؟
ولماذا لا توجد مناوبة لعمال النظافة مثلهم مثل الاطباء؟
ولماذا لا يدرس للممرضين اخلاقيات التعامل مع المريض؟
اما الاهم فزيارة المريض واجبة لكن بحدود وعدم الجلوس معه طويلا والحديث بصوت خافت كي لا يؤذي المرضى..

اذن انها مسالة اخلاق وتربية للفرد ومسؤولية الدولة للنهوض بهذا القطاع الحساس..

اما عن المستشفيات الجزائرية فقد ذكرت واحسنت القول عن ما يفعله الان وزيرنا المحترم...
كان عزائنا الوحيد هو هذا المنتدى لنعبر فيه عن ما بداخلنا لكن وكما ترى اصبح الجميع يتسارع لملا المنتدى بعشرات المواضيع عن مصر وتونس...
