حبيت ندير هذا الموضوع باه ننصح كل وحدة متعرفش دير الحلويات باه تنجح فيهم
نقولكم حقيقة انا كنت من قبل حلوى السابلي ومتنجحش معايا لكن لم استسلم كنت كل مرة نجرب حتى مشاو لي بات تاع جميع الحلويات
في يدي وليت ننجح فيهم كامل والحمد لله بعدها درت تكوين في صنع الحلوى وزدت استفدت اكثر .
اخواتي المبتدئات اسرار نجاح الحلويات
1-اختيار المواد نوعية مليحة .
2-حب صنع الحلويات والتمتع في انجازها وصنعها .
3-احترام المقادير بالتدقيق لا زيادة ولا نقصان
4-تطبيق الوصفة حرفيا.
5-احترام مدة الطهي .
وصنع الحلوى يعتمد على تقنيات بسيطة جدا كان عرفتها اكيد تصبحي محترفة في صنع الحلوى
العجائن الثلاثة الاساسية في صنع الحلويات
1- العجينة الاولى:

عجينة سابلي بسيطة وساهلة وتستعمل في اغلب الحلويات.
سر نجاح هذه العجينة
*اخدمي الزبدة مليح مع السكر بالباتور
*لما ضيفي البيض اضيفي بالوحدة فقط وانت تخفقي كل 05 دقائق زيدي بيضة حتى تكملي كل الكمية.
*حبسي الباتور بعدها اضيفي المواد الجافة المغربلة حتى الخميرة تغربل مع الفرينة
*الخطوة الحساسة متضفيش كمية كبيرة من الفرينة رايحة تيبس الحلوى لما تتلم فقط حبسي مام مشمخة شوية ما تخافيش منها لما جي تحليها الكمية الناقصة رايحة تضفيها فوق الطاولة تاع العمل.
*قبل ما تشكلي ضروري ترتاح عجينة السابلي
في كيس باه ما تنشفش .
*لما تحلي متضغطيش على العجينة بزاف عقبي الحلال بنعومة كبيرة
*ولما تحلي العجينة انزعي من الكيس بشوية فقط واخدمي حتى تكملي لي في يدك باه تجبدي عجينة اخرى.
*لما تقطعي اشكال السابلي العجينة لي باقية ماتكوريهاش وتاعودي تحليها هادا اكبر خطأ
لميها فقط جنب بعضها وعقبى الحلال وقطعي.
*عجينة سابلي مناخذش وقت كبير للطهي غير تصبح وردي من التحت نحيها .
*حرارة الفرن 150 درجة
