نحن كشباب جزائري لنا عدة انشغالات و تطلعات، ماذا ستكون طلباتنا لو أننا جلسنا في طاولة حوار مع أويحيى أو بوتفليقة أو حتى الجنرال توفيق...بعبارة أخرى بعد أن رأينا اصرار و ارادة اخواننا في كل من تونس و مصر ما هي الطلبات التي يمكننا نحن كشباب أن نخرج من أجلها الى الشارع لنسمع صوتنا بقوة بعد أن مللنا التسويف و الوعود الكاذبة.

أرجو أن تكون الاجابة موضوعية و في اطار السؤال

ولا هذا أصلا بمنهج قويم يصلح الله به الولاة والعباد ، بل هذا منهج مكتوب في أجندة يهودا صليب

فالفوضى لا تنتج إلا شعبا فوضويا ضائع ، فلا يصلح الله أمر الناس أبدا أبدا حتى يرجعوا إلى دينهم ،ويفهموا ما معتى الخروج على الحكام الظلمة ، وما معنى الموت على يد الحكومة وهو (ميتة جاهلية ) ، لأن الغوغاء ، والدهماء (أكثر الناس) قال عنهم ربنا (لا يعلمون ) وأكثرهم لأنفسهم ظالمون ، شبااااب يقدون (زعما) ثورة ، ثم لا يحكمون البلاد ، فتجد دعاة الفتن يحكمون النظام بعد سقوطه ، عندها يُقال سقط قناع ثم تم تركيب قناع آخر بألوان فاتنة أخرى
لأن الشباب يريد الإصلاح بطريقة يراها في التلفاز ، لا في كتاب الله وسنة رسول الله

ليس اوحيي الذي ساطلبه ..لكن أقترح ان يقلصو مدة التقاعد و ينزلوها بسنتين على الأقل لفتح مناصب شغل أكبر
ايضااا تقليص مبلغ الأجور للوزراء و رجال البرلماان ..
البحث في سبل التحقيق الذاتي في الانتاج الزراعي و الحيواني دون اللجوء للإسترااد فبلادنا ماشاء الله قادرة لولا بعض الايادي المثبطة ....
البحث في سبل تشجيع الصناعة الجزائرية منتوج لبلاد للقضاء على الغزو الصيني
توفير الوسائل للقضاء على الرشوة و المحسوبية وووووو اسباب الفسااد
التركيز على بناء المدارس لفتح مناصب اكبر و تقليصاا لعدد الأطفال في القسم الواحد ما يسمح بإستعاب أكبر ....
امور كثيرة هذا ما استحضرته الآن ...

الجزائر فوتت فرص عديدة لتكون دولة عصرية بمعنى الكلمة ودلك مند الإستقلال، نظرا للسياسات الفاشلة المنتهجة من قبل الأنظمة المتعاقبة، لحد الآن لم يحدث وأن اعتلى سدة الحكم أناس أكفاء، يتحلون بروح المسؤولية والوطنية، فالجزائر لا ينقصها إلا الرجال المخلصين لا يعنيهم نهب ثروات البلاد لحسابهم الخاص بقدر ما يهمهم عصرنة وتطوير البلد بحيث يكون شعار الدولة "معا يدا واحدة لخدمة الشعب و تطوير البلاد".

أخي رضوان لا أظن أن ثورتي تونس و مصر هما نتيجة لنظرية الفوضى الخلاقة، الفرق واضح و شاسع و الكل يعلم هذا فحتى من أرادوا أن ينشروا دعاية اليد الاجنبية و ما الى ذلك سرعان ما تنازلوا عنها، أما الفوضى فيمكن اتهام الناس أنهم غوغاء فأظن أن التنظيم و الابداع الذي أظهره الشعب المصري يفند ذلك، نعم هناك جانب للفوضى عندما تحدث انتفاضة أو ثورة و لكن هامش هذه الفوضى تقلص بوعي الشعوب المتزايد خاصة في السنوات الاخيرة و الجانب الوحيد الخطير في الفوضى هو جانبها ذو السمة المنظمة و المسؤول عنه بصفة كاملة هو النظام و أتباعه و لا أظن أن الكتاب و السنة يدعوان الى السكوت عن الظلم و الفساد و ابتزاز النظام للشعب و نحن نأسف الى تلك الفتاوى من قبيل فتوى الأزهر و مفتي السعودية التي أصبحت تبتز الشعوب المقهورة بالقرآن و السنة فالاسلام جاء ليحرر العباد من عبادة العباد الى عبادة رب العباد.

أشكر أخي سلام الذي ركز على الاقتصاد القوي المستقل و على التعليم و هذا دليل على نباهة جيل الشباب الذي يتهم بقصر الرؤية و أشكر الأخ الذي وضع اصبعه على جرح عميق في مؤسساتنا و هما مشكل الامانة و الشفافية

بإختصار وصدق
أويحي أطالبه بإستقالة لأن الشعب لا يريده.
بوتفليقة أقول له:
* عين وزير أول على أساس الكفاءة والنزاهة.
* أعد فتح المؤسسات العمومية الإقتصادية لإمتصاص البطالة, ولا تسمع لمن يقول لك الشعب سراق لأنها كلمة حق أريد بها باطل.
* إعطاء حصانة لضباط الشرطة القضائية المكلفون بقضايا الجرائم الإقتصادية, وإنشاء لجنة تجمع بين ضباط الشرطة القضائية التابعيين للشرطة والدرك الوطني والمخابرات, للتحري على الجرائم الإقتصادية وشلها, وتكون هذه اللجنة على إتصال دائم برئيس الجمهورية والوزير الأول, لتكون محصنة من تهديد بعض المسؤولين النافذين.
* كذلك أقول لبوتفليقة بصفته وزيرا للدفاع, أعد فتح التكوين الخاص للجامعيين f-s الذي كان في خدمة الجيش سنوات الجمر, ونتفهم خصوصية الإحترافية لكن يمكن إيجاد مكان للجامعيين داخل جيشهم.
* أما الجنرال توفيق فأنا أعلم جيدا بأنه ليس عمر سليمان, ولأن رؤيته فقط مهمة مستحيلة, فالكلام معه أكثر من المستحيل للكثير.
