بيان من مشايخ الجزائر حول الأحداث الأخيرة

بَيَانٌ لِلنَّاسِ



الحمد لله العزيز المتعال، والصلاة والسلام على من بعثه الله بأكمل هدي وكمّله بصالح الخصال؛ أما بعد:

إن مما ابتليت به الأمة في الآونة الأخيرة، من تمزق صفها واختلاف كلمتها، وتكالب أعدائها عليها من كل حدب وصوب، ليوجب على كل مؤمن غيور، أن يسعى جاهدًا لدفع هذه الشرور أو تخفيفها.
وإحساسًا منا بعظم الخطب وثقل الأمانة وكِبر المسؤولية ارتأينا أن نتوجه بهذه النصيحة الخالصة لكافة إخواننا عسى أن تنفعهم وتعصمهم من الفتن المحدقة بهم، خاصةً هذه الأيام التي كثرت فيها الدعوات المغرضة التي تحاول أن تضرب المسلمين في أمنهم واستقرارهم، بمختلف الحجج والتلبيسات، فنقول مستعينين بالله:
إن هذا الدين مبناه على أصلين عظيمين:
1- إخلاص العمل لله .
2- وحسن المتابعة للرسول الله , الذي أرسله الله بالهدى ودين الحق.

والمتابعة لهذا الرسول الكريم لاتصح ولا تتم إلا بالبراءة من من المشركين وعلى رأسهم اليهود والنصارى, ذلك لأن الكثير من أمته ستتبع سنن أهل الكفر ومللهم، لقوله تحذيرًا لأمته:
( لتتبعن سنن من كان قبلكم حذو القذة بالقذة، حتى لو دخلوا جحر ضب لدخلتموه، قالوا: يا رسول الله، اليهود والنصارى؟ قال: فمن؟: ) رواه البخاري ومسلم
وللبخاري عنه أنه قال: ( لا تقوم الساعة، حتى تأخذ أمتي مأخذ القرون شبرا بشبر وذراعا بذراع، قيل: يا رسول الله، كفارس والروم؟ قال: ومن الناس إلا أولئك؟))
والذي يؤيد ما جاء قي هذه النصوص النبوية قول ربنا عز وجلَّ عن أولئك.
(( كَالَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ كَانُواْ أَشَدَّ مِنكُمْ قُوَّةً وَأَكْثَرَ أَمْوَالاً وَأَوْلاَداً فَاسْتَمْتَعُواْ بِخَلاقِهِمْ فَاسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِخَلاَقِكُمْ كَمَا اسْتَمْتَعَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ بِخَلاَقِهِمْ وَخُضْتُمْ كَالَّذِي خَاضُواْ أُوْلَـئِكَ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ فِي الُّدنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ وَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ )) التوبة: 69
قال ابن عباس : (ما أشبه الليلة بالبارحة هؤلاء بنو إسرائيل شبهنا بهم).
فالنبي ينهى عن التشبه بهؤلاء وهؤلاء، وليس هذا إخبارا عن جميع الأمة؛ بل قد تواتر عنه أن طائفة من أمته ظاهرة على الحق حتى تقوم الساعة.
فالمسلمون هم أهدى الناس طريقا، وأقومهم سبيلا، وأرشدهم سلوكا في هذه الحياة. وقد أقامهم الله تعالى مقام الشهادة على الأمم كلها ((وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطًا لِتَكُونُوا شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَيَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ عَلَيْكُمْ شَهِيدًا )) البقرة: 143 ، و لكن لا يتحقق هذا (( حتى ترجعوا إلى دينكم )).

أما تقديم العواطف على النصوص فهذا من الهوى وليس من الدين في شيء
((وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَنْ يَفْتِنُوكَ عَنْ بَعْضِ مَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُصِيبَهُمْ بِبَعْضِ ذُنُوبِهِمْ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنَ النَّاسِ لَفَاسِقُونَ )) المائدة: 49

(( فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلاً )) النساء:59

فالهوى والشرع ضدان لا يجتمعانَِِ.
فهذه المظاهرات التي أصبحت ظاهرة مشهودة في كثير من بلاد المسلمين إلا ما ندر، ورغم صدور الفتاوى في تحريمها من قبل كبار أهل العلم المعتبرين، وعلى رأسهم أئمة العصر الثلاث عليهم رحمة الله فإن سواد المسلمين أعرض عنها وانجرف وراء أهواء غيرهم ممن لا يعتد بقولهم.

فهي وسيلة لم تثبت في الشرع ولا عن السلف البتة فهي بدعة منكرة محدثة في شعيرة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، ويكفي في بيان فسادها وعدم مشروعيتها ما يقع بسببها من فوضى في صفوف المسلمين والتهاب للعداوة بينهم وتأجيج الفتن في أوساطهم وما ينجر عنه من نهب للممتلكات وسفك للدماء.

فاتقوا الله يا دعاة التظاهر في هذه الأمة فإن الفتن إذا عصفت رياحها وتأججت نارها؛ فإنها لا تفرّق بين الأخضر واليابس.

ويا شبابنا لا تستملنكم الدعوات المغرضة، ولا تكونوا أتباعًا لكل ناعق، وطِّنوا أنفسكم وقووا إيمانك، ولا تحيدوا عن هدي نبيكم.
(( وَاتَّقُّوا فِتْنَةً لاَ تُصِيبَنَّ الّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْكُمْ خَاصَّةً وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللهَ شَدِيدُ اْلعِقَابِ )) الأنفال: 25
