ملفاي على شكل قلوب من مطبخي
بسم الله والسلام عليكم ليوم درت ملفاي هي عادية وشنو انا درتها على شكل قلوب نتمنى تعجبكم
عجينة مورقة تحليها وتثقبيها وطيبيها
ثم بواسطة قالب على شكل قلب تقطعي قلوب

والجوانب ليبقاو فتيهم وحمصيهم فلكوشة باش تزوقي بيهم الجوانب
كريمة موسلين: وهي كريمة باتسسير والكل يعرف يحضرها وليحب الوصفة نعطيهالو لما طيب ديريلها قطعة زبدة وخبطي بالباتور تصبح كريم موسلين.
ثم ديري 3 طبقات من القاطو بينهم الكريمة وتزقي بالفوندون وديري خطوط من الشكولا والجوانب زوقيهم بالفتات لحمصتيه .
الفوندون تحبي ديري ليتباع ولا فدار انا درت تاع الدار: سكر قلاسي + فاني والقليل من الحليب حتى يولي كالفوندون او قلاساج ملزمش تكثري الحليب يكون عاقد شوية.
