4* مكان الميلاد: أولاد جامع بسكيكدة

5* تعليمه :على يد شيخ القرءاني فأظهر براعة في الحفظ
6* المنظمات المنظم اليها : خلية حزب الشعب سنة 1955 التحق بجبهة التحرير الوطني
مناطق العمل :القل الميلية عنابة ( وادي العنب شيطايبي عين البربر )
رتبه العسكري: جندي ثم عريف الى مساعد الى ملازم فعضو بمجلس المنطقة فقائدا للناحية السادسة والرابعة ومسؤول عن العمليات الفدائية لرفقة رابح بلوصيف
7* سميت فرقته الفدائية بسيف الاسود
8 * تخلى عن السلطة العسكرية في 10/8/1962
9* استدعيت عندما اعتدى الملك المغربي على ترابنا لدفاع عن الوطن فلبى لنداء
10* كان مع القلة التي بقيت مع بن بلة وبن خذة ووضع تحت الاقامة الجبرية
11 التحق بعد اطلاق سراحه بالمحافظة الوطنية للحزب وكان رئيسا لتنظيم وله مهام اخرى بالمنظمة الوطنية للمجاهدين
12* وفاته : 9/10/1964 في حادث سيارة مجهول في قرية تاملوكة دائرة وادي زناتي ولاية قسنطينة
13 حضر جنازته كل السلطات وعلى رأسهم قائد قطاع العسكري لقسنطينة الشيخ زاهر الزهير ودفن بمقبرة بوحديد بمدينة عنابة
14* تحصل على أوسمة منها وسام الجيش التحرير الوطني (1/11/1984) مدالية رقم 12437
هذه المعلومات أعطيت من المحافظة الوطنية للحزب ومن طرف زملائه الذين بقوا على قيد الحياة ومن بينهم عبد الكريم سوسي وصالح مدور وعربي مراد ومن بينهم زوجته التي كانت مجاهدة الى جانبه
