رجال الأعمال في الجزائر ....ما حقيقة ما يجري ؟

كثيرا ما كنت أنوي كتابة مقال أتوجه به مباشرة إلى رجال الأعمال عندنا في الجزائر أو كما نسميهم بالعامية ( اصحاب الشكارة )
و لكن ما منعني من ذلك أمران :
1- أنني مهتم أكثر بالزواولة و الطبقة الوسطى التي تمثل غالبية الشعب الجزائري، كما أنني على يقين أيضا أن رجال الأعمال لا يهمهم نصح ناصح و لا دعوة داع ! فهم مشغولون بجمع المزيد من الملايين، و لديهم من الهموم ما يشغلهم عن نداءات أصحاب الطبقة الوسطى، كما أن أغلبهم لديهم من الكبرياء و التعالي ما يجعل من المستحيل وصول الرسالة إليهم، فهم يجتنبون نداءات الزوالية الذين لا يمثلون في نظرهم إلا صعاليك فاشلين يسببون صداع الرأس !
2- الأمر الثاني الذي يمنعني من الكتابة، هو أنني كنت أنتظر اللحظة المناسبة لكي أكتب لهم أو عنهم مقالة مطولة تشتمل بالتفصيل على طريقة معيشتهم، و سلوكهم السياسي، و دورهم الإجتماعي و لست أدري هل حان الوقت لتسليط الضوء عليهم أم لا ؟!
لكن لكي أتقدم خطوة إلى الأمام دعوني أبدأ بهذا المقال، الذي أعتبره مجرد لبنة أولى أو خاطرة جالت في ذهني، و ربما بعضكم سوف يتحفنا بمقال كامل عنهم.
فأقول : لا شك أن الأغنياء في الجزائر مثلهم مثل باقي الناس فيهم الصالح و فيهم الطالح، و قد ورد في الحديث عن رسولنا الكريم صلى الله عليه و سلم : ( نعم المال الصالح للرجل الصالح ) ، و قال ( ذهب أهل الدثور بالأجور )
و في الجهة المقابلة قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم ( تعس عبد الدرهم ... تعس و انتكس و إذا شيك فلا انتقش )
و قد خيّر هو نفسه بين أن يكون ملكا نبيّا أو يكون عبدا رسولا فاختار الثاني، اختار أن يكون متواضعا ليس له ثروة ، و مات صلى الله عليه و سلم و لم يشبع من خبز الشعير و لم يوقد في بيته نار طوال الثلاثة شهور الأخيرة من حياته صلى الله عليه و سلم
فالمال سلاح ذو حدين ، و لكن مسؤولية أرباب الأموال أمام الله تعالى عظيمة
البعض من رجال الأعمال أعطاهم الله تعالى مع المال إيمانا قويا و عملا صالحا فتراهم يبنون المساجد و يدعمون الأعمال الخيرية و يحجون و يزكون و يقومون بتنمية بلادهم و يحسنون إلى الموظفين عندهم ، و هؤلاء من دون شك أجرهم عظيم عند الله تعالى ، و كان من بينهم في صحابة رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم عثمان بن عفان و عبد الرحمان بن عوف رضي الله عنهما، و كذلك أبو بكر رضي الله عنه إلا أنه كان يتصدق بكل ماله في سبيل الله تعالى
السؤال الآن : في الجزائر كم عدد رجال الأعمال من هذا الصنف ؟ و هل لهم فعلا حضور دائم في تنمية البلد و التأثير إيجابا على اقتصادياته و سياساته ؟
و ما هي النصيحة التي يمكن أن نسديها إلى هؤلاء حتى يقوموا بدورهم على أكمل وجه؟
و لكن في المقابل هناك رجال الأعمال الطالحون الذين أعماهم المال إلى حد أفسد دينهم و أخلاقهم ، بل و أثروا على اقتصاد البلد و على سياسات التنمية بشكل رهيب جدا لا يستطيع أحد أن يتخيل مداه !
و في الحقيقة أريد التركيز على هذه الفئة و الكتابة في مقال مطول عن كيف يعيش هؤلاء في الجزائر ؟ و ما هو تأثيرهم السلبي هذا ؟ و إلى أي مدى يملكون صناعة القرارات بسلطة المال ؟
طبعا سوف أخصص لهم مقالا كاملا ، و لكن دعوني أتوقف هنا حتى لا أطيل عليكم و أرغب في سماع آرائكم قبل أن أواصل
