المعارضة الجزائرية تجتمع قريباً لتحديد خطواتها

الجزائر، الجزائر (cnn) -- أكد مصطفى بوشاشي، رئيس الرابطة الجزائرية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، إحدى القوى الأساسية التي دعت إلى مظاهرات السبت في الجزائر، أن وحدات الشرطة تصدت بعنف للمتظاهرين، وقامت بتطويقهم واعتقال أكثر من مائة بينهم، على رأسهم نواب من حزب التجمع من أجل الثقافة والديمقراطية الذي شارك في التحرك.
وقال بوشاشي لـcnn بالعربية: "كنا بين ثلاثة وأربعة آلاف ناشط تجمعنا من أجل مسيرة سلمية، وكان بيننا أطباء وطلبة ونواب، وقررنا السير من ساحة الشهداء إلى ساحة أول مايو، ولكن السلطات التي كانت قد نشرت 30 ألف عنصر قبل المسيرة حاصرت العاصمة وأغلقت الشوارع ومنعت الكثيرين من الوصول."
واتهم بوشاشي أجهزة الأمن الجزائرية بـ"الاعتداء بالضرب على المتظاهرين واعتقال أكثر من مائة شخص."
وبحسب بوشاشي، فإن التنسيقية الوطنية لقوى المعارضة ستعقد اجتماعات خلال الأسبوع المقبل للتفكير بوسائل احتجاج أخرى، ولكنه أكد أن الذين نزلوا إلى الشارع السبت "يصرون على أن يكون عام 2011 عاماً للتغيير الديمقراطي."
وعن رأيه في رفض عدد من قوى المعارضة المشاركة في المسيرة قال بوشاشي: "قمنا بالمبادرة الأولى، ونأمل أن تنضم سائر قوى المعارضة لنا بمختلف توجهاتها الأيديولوجية لأن عليها تعبئة الجزائريين للتظاهر السلمي."
وكان خليل عبدالمؤمن، الأمين العام للرابطة الجزائرية للدفاع عن لحقوق الإنسان، قد قال لـcnn بالعربية خلال مسيرة المظاهرة إن القوى الأمنية واجهت المحتجين بإجراءات قاسية وقامت باعتقال أكثر من مائة منهم، وقامت بإقفال شوارع رئيسية مؤدية للعاصمة.
وتابع عبدالمؤمن، في اتصال مع cnn بالعربية: "الوضع متوتر للغاية على الأرض لأن المواطنين يتوافدون على ساحة أول مايو والشرطة تمنع التجمع، وهناك اعتقالات بالشارع وأكثر من مائة سجين بين يدي القوى الأمنية جرى نقلهم لمراكز الشرطة، المواطنون يحاولون الوصول إلى ساحة أول مايو ولكن الأمن يغلق كل مداخل العاصمة."
وأقر عبدالمؤمن بأن المعارضة غير موحدة حيال التحرك، بعد أن رفضت قوى كثيرة فيها المشاركة في الاحتجاجات، وقال إن هذا الأمر "حقيقة واقعية،" غير أنه أضاف أن التنسيقية الوطنية للتغيير والديمقراطية التي تضم القوى المشاركة في التحرك "تحترم هذا الموقف وتدعو لتكثيف المبادرات السياسية لبلورة مشروع سياسي يأخذ بعين الاعتبار مطالب المجتمع والشباب."
وعن أهداف التحرك قال عبدالمؤمن: "المسيرة تهدف لأمرين، الأول كسر جدار الخوف واقتحام المجالات العامة المقفلة منذ سنوات بسبب قوانين الطوارئ، الثاني إطلاق ديناميكية التغيير بالإضافة إلى تحقيق المطالب المشروعة مثل إطلاق المعتقلين ورفع حالة الطوارئ دون قيد وفتح المجال السياسي والإعلامي لقوى المعارضة والسماح لها بطرح مشاريعها لإخراج البلاد من مأزقها الراهن."
وانتقد عبدالمؤمن التصرفات الأمنية للسلطات الجزائرية التي قال إنها "قامت بكل ما بوسعها لإجهاض المسيرة عبر الدعاية المضادة التي استخدمتها لمنع الناس من الالتحاق بالتجمعات،" وقال إن هذا الوضع "يضر بسمعة الجزائر الدولية."
وأعرب عبدالمؤمن عن أمله في أن تكون نتيجة التحرك اليوم "بداية لعمل سلمي متواصل لتحقيق المكاسب،" وإن كان قد أقر بأن القوى المشاركة في المسيرة، والتي تضم أيضاً النقابات المستقلة ونقابات المعلمين في الثانويات والتعليم العالم ومنظمان شبابية ونسائية وحزب التجمع الديمقراطي والحركة من أجل الديمقراطية لم تحدد موعداً جديداً للتحرك.
وتأتي المسيرة الجزائرية للمطالبة بالديمقراطية والحرية، بعد يوم واحد من نجاح انتفاضة شعبية مصرية في الإطاحة بالرئيس، حسني مبارك.
وقالت نسيمة أولبسر من صحيفة "لو جون أندبنتنت" إن السلطات استبقت المسيرة، غير المرخصة، بنشر قوات من الشرطة، ومن المتوقع أن تبدأ الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحا بالتوقيت المحلي.
ونقلت الإذاعة الجزائرية أن سلطات ولاية الجزائر العاصمة، رفضت طلب تنظيم المسيرة بهدف الحفاظ على النظام العام، وأن منظميها أبقوا على دعوتهم لهذه المسيرة بالرغم من تراجع عدد المشاركين فيها.
