أود ان اوضح شيئا بسيطا
من وجهة نظري لا ارى اي اختلاف بين الماستر والماجستير.الا في عدد سنوات الدراسة اما من حيث الكم المعرفي فكلاهما نظير للاخر .
زيادة على ذلك اصحاب الماجستير -اتركوني اتكلم دارجة-"حاسبين روحهم كاشي حاجة وهوما والو ....."
مثلا اعرف اشخاصا انتقلوا للدراسة في فرنسا -ذهبوا من هنا بشهادة ماجستير- وعند التسجيل فضلو الماستر ..... لم يعد للنظام الكلاسيكي اي مكانة (خاصة شعب الهندسة).
تهانينا لاصحاب الماستر وحظ اوفر لطلبة الماجستير.

ندعو حملة الماجستير والذين هم في طريق الحصول عليها بوهران إلى التواصل وتكثيف الجهود من أجل الانخراط إلى مسيرة إلغاء المرسوم واقترح أن تكون لنا مطالب ثلاثة على الأقل
1- الإلغاء
2- اتاحة الفرصة هذا العام للتسجيل في الدكتوراه
3- التوظيف
وهي مطالب مشروعة وأدعو كافة المعنيين إلى تبنيها على المستوى الوطني
لحد الآن لا جديد في وهران للماجستير لكن هذه صرخة أقدمها للمعنيين من أجل اللأتحاق بالركب واقترح أن ننظم احتجاجنا أمام الجامعتين وهران و محمد بوضياف

حقا المقياس الحقيقي في محتوى البرنامج التعليمي و في تأمين درب البحث العلمي، فكيف لنا تحديد المستويات العلمية و تقرير نجاح أو فشل نظام ما لم تكن وسائل البحث متاحة ( هذا في النظام القديم بالخصوص)، و نأتي بعده بنظام التغيير( lmd) و في ظل إنعدام الوسائل و نريد إنجاحه عنوة، فلما نحدد مصيربعض ممن لهم كفاءات عالية في النظام الجديد في الغور بهم في مغامرة مجهولة المعالم.........

نرجوا ممن لهم صلاحيات في تصيح أخطاء التغيير أن يراعوااا و بإمعان كلا الطرفين و هذا بتحديد من الألف إلي الياء مسار الطالب الباحث العامل الجزائري...
لا نريد دراسة بلا عمل سواء في التعليم كان أم في البحث العلمي....
و للحديث بقية حول البحث العلمي في الجزائر ...........
