اسرار خطاب مبارك قبل و بعد

كان يفترض أن يعلن الرئيس المصري حسني مبارك استقالته من منصبه الخميس الماضي، وقد توقع الجيش المصري هذه الخطوة، وحتى الأمين العام الجديد للحزب الوطني الديمقراطي الحاكم حسام بدراوي قابل

مبارك وطالبه بالتنحي وجها لوجه. لكن مبارك رفض التنحي رغم استمرار المظاهرات الحاشدة المطالبة بذلك في جميع أنحاء البلاد.



وبحسب وكالة أسوشيتد برس، فإن كبار مساعدي مبارك ونجله جمال الذي كان ينظر إليه بوصفه الخليفة المنتظر له أبلغوه بأنه ما زال قادرا على الخروج سالما من هذه الأزمة. ولذلك تحول خطاب الاستقالة المتلفز الذي كان ينتظره المصريون إلى محاولة عنيدة -وفي نهاية المطاف مخزية- من مبارك للتشبث بالسلطة. وقد زاد هذا الخطاب من غضب المحتجين. وعندما حل يوم الجمعة كان الجيش قد قرر التحرك لحسم الموقف.



ويوم السبت أبلغت مصادر مقربة من الوكالة عن الساعات الأخيرة التي سبقت الإعلان عن تنحي مبارك بعد أن حكم مصر قرابة ثلاثين عاما.



وقالت هذه المصادر إن مبارك لم يدرك أو لم يكن راغبا في إدراك أن تنحيه الفوري عن الرئاسة هو الخيار الأفضل لإنقاذ البلاد من الفوضى التي تعصف بها منذ بدء الاحتجاجات يوم 25 يناير/كانون الثاني الماضي. وقال مصدر حكومي بارز إن مبارك كان يفتقر للآلية السياسية التي يمكن أن تقدم له المشورة الصحيحة عما حدث في البلد.



عزلة سياسية

ولم يكن مبارك -بحسب المصدر- ينظر أبعد مما يبلغ به نجله جمال، ولذلك كان معزولا سياسيا، وكانت كل خطوة يتخذها محدودة جدا وفي غير أوانها.



أما الجيش فقد بدأ صبره ينفد بسبب فشل مبارك ونائبه المعين حديثا عمر سليمان في إنهاء الاحتجاجات التي خرجت عن السيطرة يومي الخميس والجمعة بعد أن اجتاحت المظاهرات والإضرابات والاعتصامات والاشتباكات بالأسلحة النارية جميع أنحاء البلاد تقريبا.



وتحدثت المصادر عن نشوب معركة بين وزراء الحكومة بشأن حجم الخطر الذي يشكله المتظاهرون والمحاولات المقصودة من المساعدين المقربين من مبارك ومن نجله جمال في إخفاء حقيقة ما يحدث في الشوارع.



وتشير هذه المصادر إلى أن الجيش بدأ يشعر بالقلق فور بدء الاحتجاجات، وتكشف أن الجيش هو الذي أقنع مبارك بتعيين سليمان نائبا له، وهو أول نائب له منذ توليه السلطة عام 1981، وكذلك تكليفه لإدارة المفاوضات مع جماعات المعارضة لإيجاد مخرج للأزمة.



وبعد أن فشل سليمان في مهمته، لوح يوم الثلاثاء بالانقلاب بدلا من المفاوضات في حال عدم إحراز تقدم. وفي المقابل هدد قادة الاحتجاجات بعدم التفاوض إلا بعد رحيل مبارك.



وبحلول يوم الخميس توقع الجميع -ومن بينهم الجيش- أن يعلن مبارك استقالته. وحتى الأمين العام للحزب الوطني الحاكم حسام بدراوي قابل مبارك الخميس وأبلغ الصحفيين لاحقا أنه يتوقع أن يلبي مبارك مطالب الشعب ويتنحى. وبعد عدم إعلان مبارك التنحي، قدم بدراوي استقالته من الحزب احتجاجا على ذلك، بحسب مصادر في الحزب.



وفي خضم هذه التطورات عقد المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة اجتماعا بغياب رئيسه مبارك، وأصدر بيانا أقر فيه بالمطالب المشروعة للمحتجين، وسماه بيان رقم 1، وهو تعبير يفيد ضمنا في العالم العربي بحدوث انقلاب.



وقالت المصادر إن خطاب مبارك يوم الخميس كان بمثابة محاولة يائسة أخيرة للتشبث بالسلطة بعد أن شجعه على ذلك مساعدوه المقربون وعلى وجه الخصوص أفراد أسرته الذين يواجهون إشاعات بالفساد وإساءة استخدام السلطة وجني ثروات طائلة.



خطاب مستعجل

وقال مصدر مطلع إن جمال نجل مبارك أعاد كتابة الخطاب عدة مرات قبل تسجيله، وتم بثه بعد ساعات من إعلان التلفزيون المصري أن مبارك سيلقي خطابا للأمة. ومن الواضح أن الخطاب الذي رفض فيه التنحي وفوض سلطاته لنائبه عمر سليمان قد أعد على عجل.

وبحسب مصدرين آخرين، فإن وزير الإعلام أنس الفقي وجمال كانا بجانب مبارك داخل الأستوديو. ونقل التلفزيون المصري عن الفقي قوله قبل الخطاب إن مبارك لن يستقيل. ويوم السبت أعلن الفقي استقالته من منصبه.



ويوم الجمعة سمح الجيش للمحتجين بالتجمع خارج القصر الرئاسي في القاهرة، في وقت كان فيه مبارك وأسرته قد توجهوا إلى قصر آخر في منتجع شرم الشيخ على البحر الأحمر.



كما سمح الجيش للمحتجين بمحاصرة مبنى الإذاعة والتلفزيون وسط العاصمة المصرية. وقبل ذلك وقف الجيش متفرجا على محاصرة المحتجين لمكتب رئيس الوزراء أحمد شفيق ومبنى مجلس الشعب.



وبحلول منتصف نهار الجمعة خرج ملايين المصريين إلى شوارع القاهرة والإسكندرية ومدن أخرى. كما ازداد عدد المعتصمين أمام بوابة القصر الرئاسي في القاهرة على بعد أمتار قليلة من دبابات الجيش.



وبعد ساعات من ذلك أعلن سليمان تنحي مبارك بجملتين قصيرتين بثهما التلفزيون المصري ولم يستغرقا أكثر من 49 ثانية، وهو إعلان غير تأريخ مصر للأبد.

نشب خلاف حاد يوم الخميس الماضي داخل القصر الرئاسي المصري بين نجلي الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك جمال وعلاء، وذلك عقب تسجيل مبارك لخطابه الاخير الذي بث مساء اليوم نفسه.
وقالت صحيفة

الاخبار المصرية شبه الرسمية التي اوردت النبأ إن علاء مبارك "احتد على شقيقه جمال واتهمه بأنه كان السبب الرئيسي لما جرى في مصر من أحداث أجبرت والدهما على أن يظهر في تلك الصورة والنهاية التي لا تليق به."

وقالت الصحيفة إن "حدة الخلاف اشتدت بين الشقيقين، بحيث سمعها كل من كان داخل قصر الرئاسة وتدخلت بعض الشخصيات الكبرى في الدولة التي كانت حاضرة أثناء تسجيل الرئيس لخطابه."

ونقلت الصحيفة عن علاء مبارك قوله لشقيقه جمال: "لقد أفسدت البلد عندما فتحت الطريق أمام أصحابك وهذه هي النتيجة بدلا من أن يتم تكريم أبيك في نهاية حياته ساعدت على تشويه صورته على هذا النحو."

وروت ان اشتباكا بالايدي كاد يحدث بين الشقيقين، خصوصا "وان انفعال علاء زاد بعد أن استمع لكلمة والده الى الشعب أثناء تسجيلها."

وقالت الصحيفة إن مرد الانفعال اشارة الرئيس السابق في تسجيله الاول للخطاب - الذي لم يذع - الى أنه سوف ينقل سلطاته المدنية الى نائبه عمر سليمان وسلطاته العسكرية الى القوات المسلحة.

وقالت الصحيفة إن مبارك سجل ثلاث نسخ من الخطاب، اذيعت النسخة الثالثة منه والتي حملت معنى مغايرا لما عرفته العواصم العالمية والتي كانت قد نقلت لوسائل إعلامية كبرى خبرا عن تنحي الرئيس المصري الليلة لكنها باختلاف ماجرى إذاعته على لسان الرئيس.

وقالت إنه "لعل اشارة مبارك في كلمته الى رفضه للاملاءات الخارجية كانت اشارة منه الى تسريبات بعض أركان الإدارة الأمريكية لوسائل الإعلام العالمية."
