سبعة آلاف بطال يخرجون في مسيرة احتجاجية بعنابة

رفض، أمس، حوالي سبعة آلاف شاب بعنابة القرار الذي أقدمت عليه السلطات الولائية بمنحهم عقود عمل غير منتهية المدة، الأمر الذي دفعهم للخروج في مسيرتين، الأولى توجهت إلى مقر الولاية، والثـانية جابت ساحة الثـورة بوسط المدينة.
أكد هؤلاء الشباب على خيبة أملهم، بعدما وعدتهم السلطات الأسبوع الماضي بمنحهم عقود عمل لامتصاص حالة الغضب التي يعيشونها. وأضافوا أن 7000 عقد عمل لا ترقى لتطلعاتهم، سواء من حيث الراتب المقدم، والمقدّر بستة آلاف دينار للشهر، وكذا من حيث المساواة بين حملة الشهادات الجامعية بغيرهم من عديمي المستوى.
وأضافوا أن الكثـير منهم يعيلون عائلات بأكملها، لا تكفي ستة آلاف دينار لتلبية حاجياتهم لأيام قليلة. كما أبدى حاملو الشهادات الجامعية منهم تذمرهم الشديد عندما تم توجيههم للعمل في البلديات إلى جانب عديمي المستوى من الشباب الحاضرين.
وعبر الشباب عن رفضهم لمثـل هذه الحلول برفض تلك العقود، والخروج في مسيرة احتجاجية من مقر سينما الشباب بشارع أول نوفمبر الذي شهد لقاء توزيع العقود، إلى الولاية، وسط تواجد مكثـف لعناصر الأمن.
وتجمّع المحتجون أمام مقر الولاية مندّدين بالمغالطة التي تعرّضوا لها من طرف مسؤولين محليين، وحمّلوا الوزير الأول أحمد أويحيى مسؤولية سوء أوضاعهم، ولجوئه، مثـلما أضافوا، إلى الحلول الترقيعية، كما هو الحال بالنسبة لمناصب العمل المؤقتة وغيرها، كما طالبوا بمقابلة والي الولاية.
وأفادت مصادر عليمة أن بعض عناصر الأمن تعرّضوا لرشقات بالحجارة، أصابت إحداها مسؤولا أمنيا بجروح. كما قام عدد كبير منهم بالخروج في مسيرة ثـانية جابت ساحة الثـورة، ثـم عادوا إلى أمام مقر الولاية وبقوا هناك إلى ما بعد الظهر، وبعدها تفرّقوا.
إلى جانب ذلك، عرفت المدينة محاولات لبعض الشباب من حي ديدوش مراد قطع طريق شارع إفريقيا، غير أنه سرعان ما تدخلت عناصر الأمن وفرّقتهم.
