الجزائر من بين أكثر الدول دعما لسعر البنزين


كشف تقرير صادر عن المؤسسة الألمانية ''جي تي زاد''، أن الجزائر تحتل المرتبة العاشرة عالميا والثامنة في شمال إفريقيا والشرق الأوسط من بين 174 دولة من حيث أسعار البنزين المتداولة في السوق.
صنف تقرير أصدرته المؤسسة الألمانية ''جي تي زاد'' الجزائر من بين الدول العشرة الأولى الأكثر دعما للبنزين في سوقها الداخلي، وراء كل من إيران في المرتبة الأولى بالمنطقة و2 عالميا، ثم السعودية 2 بالمنطقة و3 عالميا، تلتها ليبيا 3 بالمنطقة و4 عالميا، ثم قطر 4 بالمنطقة و5 عالميا، والبحرين بالمرتبة 5 بالمنطقة و6 عالميا. وأضاف التقرير أن ضمن الفئة نفسها حلت الكويت بالمرتبة 6 بالمنطقة و8 عالميا، ثم عُمان بالمرتبة 7 بالمنطقة و9 عالميا.
وقد صنف التقرير الذي أصدرته المؤسسة عبر شبكتها المنتشرة في 135 بلد ومكاتبها الإقليمية وممثليها الموجودين في 64 بلداً ناميا، الدول التي اشتملها على أساس 4 فئات، هي دول ذات دعم عالٍ للبنزين، وهي الفئة التي ضمت الجزائر ثم دعم اعتيادي للبنزين ثم فرض ضرائب على البنزين جاء تصنيف الأردن ضمنه، وأخيرا الفئة الرابعة فرض ضرائب عالية على البنزين والتي تضم البلدان ذات السعر العالي مثل اليابان والاتحاد الأوروبي مع سياسة ضريبية مرتفعة.
ويهدف التقرير إلى تسليط الضوء على سياسات الطاقة في البلدان النامية وكذلك لمساعدة الحكومات على تقويم مدى ملاءمة سياسة التسعير وتنفيذ الإصلاحات في قطاعات الوقود، مشيراً إلى أن الضرائب المفروضة على الوقود تمثّل في بعض الأحيان أهم مورد من موارد تمويل الدولة.
وقد أوصى التقرير بإجراء مراجعة لسياسات الأسعار القائمة وباستعمال طاقة الوقود المتوفرة، باعتبارها شرطاً أولياً لإدخال أشكال جديدة للطاقة.

فلو ترفع من اسعاره و تتنازل عن دعمه سيكون انفجار شعبي على هذا الوضع
ليعتقد الشعب انهم محرومون من ثورة بلدهم و انهم لا يملكين حقا لهم من اول ثروة في البلاد تتنفس منها البلاد صعداء و تغطي بها الثروة المحققة بمثابة الشجرة التي تغطي الغابة
