دعوة لاحتجاجات يوم الخميس في ليبيا للمطالبة بتنحي القذافي

طالبت قوى سياسية وشخصيات ليبية في المنفى في بيان لها بتنحي الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي، وبانتقال سلمي في ليبيا نحو مجتمع تعددي، فيما ظهرت دعوة على الأنترنت إلى التظاهر في ليبيا ''ضد الفساد والفقر'' يوم الخميس، وهو نفس اليوم الذي دعا رواد الفايسبوك إلى الاحتجاج فيه ضد القذافي. وقدمت القوى التي أصدرت البيان نفسها على أنها ''تنظيمات وفصائل وقوى سياسية مستقلة وشخصيات وطنية ليبية ومنظمات وهيئات حقوقية مهتمة بالشأن الليبي العام''. وشدد البيان على ''ضرورة تنحي العقيد معمر القذافي هو وجميع أفراد أسرته عن كافة السلطات والصلاحيات والاختصاصات الثورية والسياسية والعسكرية والأمنية، وهي سلطات ظل القذافي يمارسها فعليا وينكرها نظريا وظاهريا''. ودعا الموقعون على النداء ''القوى الفاعلة في ليبيا لتأمين آلية انتقال سلس للسلطات والأجهزة السيادية من قضائية وتشريعية وتنفيذية في البلاد، لحقن دماء وأعراض وممتلكات الشعب الليبي، بكافة جهاته، وعناصره، وانتماءاته، وقبائله''. كما شدد النداء ''على حق الشعب الليبي في الخروج للتعبير عن رأيه في تظاهرات سلمية، دون أية مضايقات أو استفزازات، أو تهديدات من قبل النظام أو عناصره، وهو الحق الذي كفلته ورعته كافة الشرائع الدينية والقوانين الوضعية''. واعتبر الموقعون أن ''تحقيق ذلك يمهد للبدء في عملية تحوّل سلمية، نحو مجتمع يتميز بالانفتاح والتعددية يقبل بالجميع وينهض بالجميع، مجتمع يرتكز على العدالة والحرية والمؤسسات الديمقراطية''. ودعا أصحاب البيان إلى خروج الليبيين، يوم غد الخميس، في مظاهرات احتجاجية تهدف إلى تنحي معمر القذافي عن الحكم، وكانت قد تداول رواد الفايسبوك في ليبيا دعوة للخروج في نفس اليوم للاحتجاج ضد حكم القذافي وضد الفساد والرشوة.
