الدليل على أن قروض السكن المدعمة من الدولة كذبة كبيرة

رغم ما يقال على شرعية قروض السكن و من أنها ربا فقد سمحت لنفسي بأن أذهب إلى أحد البنوك التي تعد من بين البنوك المختصة في قروض السكن ولأني متزوج وليس لي سكن وكان أملي بعد أن حللت لنفسي هذا القرض الربوي. تقدمت إلى الموظفة و سألتها أن تعطيني بعض المعلومات عن هذه القروض وخاصة في صيغتها الجديدة وكان منها أن طلبت مني قيمة أجرتي الشهرية وتاريخ ميلادي من أجل القيام بالحسابات اللازمة وكانت هذه النتيجة..
سكن قيمته 550 مليون سنتيم. والبنك يمول شراء هذا السكن بـ 360 مليون سنتيم
ومدة القرض 37 سنة أي 444 شهر. ويقتطع البنك إثنين مليون وأربعمائة ألف سنتيم ( دج24000) وبعملية حسابية بسيطة نستطيع أن نقول أن البنك بعد 444 شهر سيتحصل على أكثر من مليار و20 مليون سنتيم.

يجب أن تدرس الحكومة هذه المشاكل, وتجعل القروض دون فوائد, لأن المال العام أساسا مال الشعب.

يعني انت لا تملك مليار و كذا لتشتري سكن

لكن الدولة تعطيك سكن و تدفع بالشهر

يعني كلام مبسط:

اذا اردت ان تشتري مني سيارة بقيمة 100 مليون و تدفع مباشرة او انتظرك لسنة و تعطيني 150 مليون

اصلا القرض حرام انت لماذا اتعبت نفسك و عملت الحسابات

يعني انت لا تملك مليار و كذا لتشتري سكن

لكن الدولة تعطيك سكن و تدفع بالشهر

يعني كلام مبسط:

اذا اردت ان تشتري مني سيارة بقيمة 100 مليون و تدفع مباشرة او انتظرك لسنة و تعطيني 150 مليون

اصلا القرض حرام انت لماذا اتعبت نفسك و عملت الحسابات
منذ متى أصبح القرض حرام!!!, الربا هو الذي حرام لكن القرض حلال محلل والله يبارك للمقرض الذي لا يأخذ الربا ويضاعف أمواله.

كاين حل ترجع القرض و ترفض إرجاع الفوائد لأن البنك يبدأ باسترجاع اصل القرص و الفوائد في الأخيرو معليش كي تسلكهم شوية ايام في السجن ههههههههه الله يستر كل امة محمد

أفضل حل هو عودة مساكن الأش آل آم مساكن عمومية للكراء كالسابق فالكراء عند الدولة أفضل من الكراء عند الخواص و بدون قلق أو خوف من الإخراج ... إذا كانت فرنسا الرأسمالية و بريطانيا تتبع هذه الاستراتيجية فلماذا تخلت عنها الجزائر ؟ ﻷن الشعب غني ؟؟

لا جمع دخل الزوجين لزيادة الفوائد على الودائع ومن ثم تخفيض فوائد البنك وليس للتسديد والتسديد يتم حسب ثلاثين بالمئة من الدخل الشهري للمستفيد زيادة على حساب السن
في كل الحالات رأيي وان الصيغة الجديدة لشراء السكنات غير مجدية ويجب ايجاد أخرى اكثر بجاعة واقل تعقيدا
المشكلة ان اصحاب الاختصاص غائبون لا يريدون تقديم اقتراحات
