الجزائر تمنع الشرطة من حمل السلاح خلال المسيرات

أعلنت مصادر أمنية جزائرية أن هناك تعليمات لقوات مكافحة الشغب تقضي بعدم حمل السلاح خلال التصدي لمختلف المسيرات والاحتجاجات وذلك لتفادي وقوع أي حادث قد يتسبب في تعقيد الأوضاع*. ‬ونقلت صحيفة الخبر الجزائرية عن مصادر أمنية قولها إن التعليمات الجديدة تم تطبيقها خلال المسيرتين الأخيرتين بالعاصمة،* ‬مشيرة إلي أنه فضلا عن منع حمل السلاح وجهت تعليمات لتفادي استفزاز المتظاهرين والاكتفاء بمنع المسيرات واعتقال من لا يلتزم بتحذيرات قوات الشرطة* .‬
* ‬وأضافت المصادر أن هذه التعليمات تأتي بعد تخوف أجهزة الأمن من تكرار سيناريو عام* ‬2001* ‬حين وقعت مناوشات بين المشاركين في المسيرة التي دعت إليها حركة العروش وبين شبان بعض الأحياء بالعاصمة تسببت في مقتل ثمانية أشخاص وخسائر مادية كبيرة*.‬
من جهة أخري،* ‬أصدر الرئيس الجزائري عبد العزيز بوتفليقة تعليمات إلي وزراء الحكومة ومسئولي الهيئات الرسمية بعدم الاتصال المباشر مع سفراء السلك الدبلوماسي المعتمد في الجزائر دون علم وزارة الخارجية أو ترخيص من السلطات العليا*. ‬وقالت مصادر لصحيفة الخبر أن هذه التعليمات جاءت في سياق الاحتياطات التي اتخذتها السلطات العليا علي خلفية سلسلة التقارير التي سربها موقع* "‬ويكيليكس*"‬،* ‬بينها تقارير صدرت عن السفارة الأمريكية في الجزائر،* ‬تضمنت تصريحات مسئولين وشخصيات جزائرية بشأن الوضع السياسي والاقتصادي* ‬للبلاد*.‬
