وسائل الإعلام المصرية الرسمية تغير لهجتها بعد سقوط مبارك

لقاهرة (رويترز) - واكب الثورة في شوارع مصر ثورة في وسائل الاعلام التي كانت احدى ركائز نظام الحكم الاستبدادي للرئيس حسني مبارك.
وبمجرد تخليه عن منصب رئيس الجمهورية يوم الجمعة الماضي

انقلبت الصحف اليومية الرئيسية المملوكة للدولة على مبارك وأعلنت انتصار الثورة وبدأت في الاعتذار عن تغطيتها للانتفاضة التي بدأت في 25 يناير كانون الثاني.

وكان العنوان الرئيسي لصحيفة الجمهورية التي كانت أكثر الصحف المملوكة للدولة في خدمة نظام مبارك "سطعت شمس الحرية".

وأعلنت صحيفة الاهرام اليومية الرئيسية المملوكة للدولة "الشعب أسقط النظام". ووصف أحد كتاب الاهرام مبارك "بالفرعون الاخير".

ولم يكن التغيير في التلفزيون المملوك للدولة أقل قوة. واستبدلت الاغاني الوطنية التي تعود الى حقبة الستينات بلقطات لشبان مفعمون بالنشاط في مسيرة من اجل الحرية في اغنية للمغني المصري محمد منير.

واستبدلت بعض الوجوه التي ارتبطت بسنوات مبارك الصارمة بمقدمي برامج لم يشملهم عهد تعبئة وسائل الاعلام الجماهيرية.

وقالت شهيرة أمين وهي مذيعة مخضرمة في التلفزيون المصري "انهم غيروا تغطيتهم." واستقالت أمين قبل أسبوعين بسبب التغطية التي صورت المحتجين على أنهم مخربون تدعمهم جهات اجنبية وأنهم قلة.

واضافت قائلة "أرجو ألا يكون تغيير النبرة مجرد مسألة شكلية. ما أخشاه حيث أنني عملت هناك لفترة طويلة جدا أن يكون الفساد مستشر في مؤسسات الاعلام المملوكة للدولة بحيث انها في حاجة حقيقية لاعادة ترتيب البيت."

واستخدم المجلس الاعلى للقوات المسلحة التلفزيون الرسمي لاذاعة خمسة بيانات لشرح خططه لاعادة السلطة الي المدنيين من خلال تعديلات دستورية وانتخابات وتحذير الشعب من الاستمرار في الاضراب والعودة الى العمل من أجل مصر.

واجتمع الجيش -الذي أدرك أهمية الاعلام عندما استولى على السلطة في 1952 - مع كبار الصحفيين يوم الثلاثاء في اطار جهوده في الايام القليلة الماضية لاقناع وسائل الاعلام بعرض الاحداث الجديدة بطريقة ايجابية.

وتحرير وسائل الاعلام هو أحد مطالب المحتجين وجماعات المعارضة.

ونشرت الصحف موضوعات عن جماعة الاخوان المسلمين التي تعامل معها مبارك بعداء كما أتاح التلفزيون مساحة من البث لاعضاء في الجماعة لعرض ارائهم.

وقال احمد موسى مدير تحرير صحيفة الاهرام ان مجالا واسعا انفتح أمام الاعلام وان "سقف الحرية أصبح الان عاليا جدا ولا يقتصر فقط على الصحافة."

واضاف قائلا "اليوم.. 80 مليون مصري أصبحوا محللين سياسيين وكل شخص يقول ما يشاء.

"في مثل هذا المناخ يمكننا ان نقول ان السقف لن ينخفض ابدا مرة اخرى. نحن جميع احرار الان... الاهرام لن يعود صوتا للحكومة مرة أخرى.

"في هذه المرحلة الاهرام يدخل مرحلة جديدة.. في هذه المرحلة الاهرام سيكون جورنالا (صحيفة) قوميا وليس جريدة حزبية أو حكومية."

ووسائل الاعلام المملوكة للدولة التي يعمل في مقارها الرئيسية في القاهرة فقط 46 ألفا لديها انتشار كبير جدا. وتضم أكثر من قناة تلفزيونية أرضية وفضائية وعددا كبيرا من محطات الاذاعة وحوالي 24 صحيفة ومجلة مملوكة للدولة.

وتملك مصر شركة كبيرة للاقمار الصناعية للبث الفضائي هي نايل سات وتملك حصة في شركة عرب سات. وقطعت الحكومة المصرية بث قناة الجزيرة الفضائية ومقرها قطر من عبر النايل سات في الايام الاولى من الاضطرابات.

لكن في مصر الجديدة جرى بث الجزيرة من قمر اخر رغم تحرش قوات الامن المصرية بمراسليها وأفراد طاقمها أثناء التصوير في شوارع الاسكندرية يوم الثلاثاء.

وفي عهد مبارك وسعت أجهزة الامن العديدة نفوذها ليشمل كل جانب من جوانب الحياة بما في ذلك الاعلام.

وقال هشام قاسم وهو ناشط حقوقي وناشر "لم تعد رقابة أمن الدولة هي المشكلة. كان ذلك قبل أسابيع قليلة. لن يجرؤ ضابط أمن دولة على تهديد الصحافة."

وأضاف قائلا "الكل في وزارة الداخلية يدور ويخشون على أوضاعهم. نتوقع المزيد من التغطية الاكثر انفتاحا في وسائل الاعلام المستقلة ومعدلات أعلى للقراء نتيجة لذلك. هذا واضح بالفعل الان."

ويقول صحفيون ان رؤساء القنوات التلفزيونية ومحطات الاذاعة وروساء تحرير الصحف الذين سهلوا تجسس الدولة عليهم ما زالوا في مواقعهم لكن الضغوط من أجل تغييرهم تأتي من العاملين في المؤسسات الاعلامية.

وقال كارم يحيى وهو صحفي في الاهرام ان رؤساء تحرير الصحف المنتمين للحزب الوطني الديمقراطي الذي تزعمه مبارك يتعرضون لضغوط كي يرحلوا.

وأطاح أعضاء في نقابة الصحفيين فعليا بنقيبهم المدعوم من مبارك.

ووصف يحيى هؤلاء بأن ضميرهم ميت وقال انهم تآمروا على الشعب لعشرات السنين. واضاف انه لا بد من رحيلهم والامر لا يتعلق بالوجوه فقط وانما بالسياسة التحريرية ولا بد أن يتخذ الصحفيون موقفا الان.
