حديث الطروطوار

[سحر الكلم]

عندما تتوقف المدرسة عن لعب الدور المنوط بها و تنحرف عن الهدف الاسمى من وجودها تختل كل الموازين و تتغير كل النظم و الاعراف السنة الدراسية في الجزائر " عطلة سنوية تتخللها أيام دراسية " هنا نستخلص النتيجة الحتمية مدرسة متخلفة تنتج الآفات الاجتماعية بدل محاربتها و تخرج أصحاب السوابق بدل تحريرهم من متاهة الشارع و الكل يلتقي عند محطة الطروطوار حيث تعالج قضايا الوطن و تحل مشاكل المواطن و الكل سياسي محنك و رياضي متألق و مفتي الديار المعتمد و الشهادة لا يختلف على قيمتها أحد خاصة عندما تزكيك عامة الشعب و لسان حالهم يقول الوقت مفتوح غير مقيد حيث لا قيمة له و لا فائد منه مع هذا الكل متذمر لأن النظام ليس منظم .
البطال محتاج متذمر في المقاهي ينتظر الوحي و يتألم و كأن به عجز فلا يتحرك مع هذا محتاج متذمر و يملك هاتف و فليكسي ليتحدث و امور اخرى تعرفونها و أعرف .
الموضف جالس يترفع يتباكى على قلة الأجر و ينسى التفاني في العمل مع العلم ان معدل انتاجية الفرد لا تتعدى 24 دقيقة يوميا مع هذا الكل يتذمر
المعلم ما ان ينتهي اضراب حتى يبدأ آخر و الأجر مهما زاد يبقى أقل و ناقص و الكل يعلم مستوى التعليم و منهج المعلم و التلاميذ تحصيل حاصل و الكل ناجح بنجاح او انقاض بقرار ليشهد العالم على كذبة الوزير في مستوى تضخيم القوائم .
الأسرة حدث و لا حرج و لا تعمم تربية بلا مربي في روضة او شارع و الكل يتذمر
حتى الامام و المصلي كل أصبح يفتي و يشرع لأن المجتمع غير منظم و من السبب النظام غير منظم .
انه حديث الطروطوار فماذا تنتظرون من شعب ان بحثت عنه فستجده في المقاهي و على اطراف الطروطوار .

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله
أخي الحبيب بدأت بالمدرسة وهي بداية قيمة وعظيمة عظمة المدرسة ودورها ,لأن العلم والتعلم في حياة الأمم هو أساس الرقي والتقدم في كل المجالات, سواء كانت إجتماعية إقتصادية سياسية ...الخ .
أخي الحبيب من إنحرف بهاته المنظومة عفوا المظلومة التربوية عن نهجها الصحيح , بدلا من أن تخرج لنا كوادر المستقبل أصبحت تفرخ لنا كوارث المستقبل .
سؤال بريء من المسؤول عن إنحراف المظلومة التربوية ؟ من.
أخي الحبيب تحدثت عن الطروطوار ومآأدراك ما الطروطوار فكل شيء يحدث فيه ويولد فيه ويموت فيه ففيه تشتري الناس وتبيع وفيه تطرح القضايا وتناقش وفيه تحدث الثورة ومنه تخرج الفتنة وفيه توأد فهو بمثابة برلمان , ليس برلمانهم الذي عطلوووه وبفعل فاعل , أما حديث المقهى فهو حديث الروح لأن الحديث مع المشروب يعطي الخيال والخبال بعدا أكيد ,وهو بمثابة مجلس شورى للتشاور بما قاله الناس فالطروطوار , وهو أيضا ليس مجلس شوووراهم الذي عطلووووه وبفعل فاعل ايضا مع سبق الاصرار والترصد.
أخي الحبيب سؤال بسيط لماذا تم تعطيل البرلمان ومجلس الشورى عن القيام بدورهما وأصبح أعضاء البرلمان مثل الشعب يناقشوووون قضايا الشعب على طروطوار مجلس الشعب وفي مقهى مجلس الشعب وقس على ذلك في كل المجالات.
أخي الحبيب ان تتذمر أحسن من أن تدمر البطال وما أدراك ما البطال أنا شخصيا أسكن العاصمة وأعلم أن فيها فرصا كثيرة للعمل لكن أخي أنظر إلى جزائرنا العميقة , واقع أسود من سواد الليل حتى الطروطوار لايوجد هناك لان البلدية لم تنجز لهم طروطوار ولايستطيعون الذهاب إلى المقهى لأن الجيوب خاوية , فلهذا تجدهم أخي الحبيب يتخذون احجارا من الحجارة الزرقاء ويجلسون عليها ويبدأون حديثهم الحجري وأمنيتهم الوحيدة أن تبني لهم البلدية طروطوار ليتطور حديثهم من الحجري الى الطروطواري ,................................................. .............
.......................ماذا عسانا أن نقول سوى :
حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
يحيا الطروطوار والمقهى والحجر
في أمة حرموها من الحس والنظـر
تقبل مروري واحترامي .

لماذا اعطيت المثال بالعكازه و ماذا به الهرم انظر الى قاعدته ثم الى رأسه
أذا كانت القاعده سليمة الاسس فلا خوف على الرأس
ثم لماذا نتهرب من انتقاد انفسنا لا بد ان نعترف بسيئاتنا كما نعترف بحسناتنا
انا لست مع النظام و لا ضده بل احاول قول كلمة حق حتى يتسنى لنا التقدم
الى الامام بدل التقوقع في نفس المكان و ربما العودة الى الخلف
