الاصلاح ما زال بعيدا عن سورية

لا يختلف اثنان على ان سقف الحريات التعبيرية في سورية منخفض للغاية، ويكاد يلامس القاع، وان سجلها على صعيد حقوق الانسان وانتهاكاتها غير براق على الاطلاق، ويحتل مكانة متدنية على القوائم التي تصدرها المنظمات العالمية المتخصصة مثل 'العفو الدولية' و'هيومان رايتس ووتش' وغيرهما، ولكن اللافت ان النظام السوري، وفي ظل الثورات التي رأيناها تطيح بنظامي تونس ومصر، غير عابئ على الاطلاق بما يجري في المنطقة من غليان شعبي، ويتصرف وكأنه محصن بالكامل من امتداداته.
الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد اعترف في احاديث صحافية عديدة بان الشارع العربي يريد 'التغيير' وقال إن الانظمة العربية يجب ان تتجاوب مع مطالبه في اجراء اصلاحات سريعة على صعيد الحريات والديمقراطية، ولكن ما نشاهده على الارض يتناقض مع هذا الكلام كلياً.
قبل ايام اصدرت محكمة امن الدولة حكماً بالسجن خمس سنوات على المدونة السورية الشابة طل الملوحي بتهمة التعامل مع الولايات المتحدة الامريكية، وساقتها قوات الامن، وهي ابنة التاسعة عشرة، الى قاعة المحكمة مقيدة اليدين معصوبة العينين، حسبما افادت وكالات الانباء الغربية، ومن دون ان تسمح لوالدتها بمشاهدتها او حضور جلسة المحكمة.
الفتاة صغيرة مراهقة، ارتكبت 'زلة' ثانوية، عندما انتقدت النظام على مدونتها، والقول بانها قدمت معلومات 'خطيرة' الى السفارة الامريكية في القاهرة من الصعب الاقتناع به، اولا لان امريكا ليست بحاجة الى خدمات هذه الفتاة، لان اقمارها الصناعية ترصد كل كبيرة وصغيرة في بلداننا، وثانيا لو انها كانت جاسوسة فعلا لكان الحكم عليها بالاعدام وليس خمس سنوات فقط، والمحاكم الامنية السورية ليست معروفة بالرأفة مع الجواسيس، صغر سنهم او كبر.
لا نجادل في حق النظام في الدفاع عن نفسه في مثل هذه المرحلة المفصلية، ولكن ما يمكن ان نجادل به هو ان اصدار احكام بمثل هذه القسوة على فتاة شابة وبتهم غير مقنعة، وامام محاكم غير عادلة، لا يخدم النظام، بل يزيد من الضغوط المتعاظمة عليه من الداخل والخارج لتحسين ملفه على صعيد الحريات وحقوق الانسان.
الشيء نفسه نقوله عن المحامي هيثم المالح البالغ من العمر ثلاثة وثمانين عاما الذي جرى اعتقاله والزج به بالسجن لانه يطالب بالحريات الاساسية واحترام حقوق الانسان، فهل يعقل ان رجلا في مثل سنه وحضاريته يمكن ان يشكل خطرا على نظام مستقر ويملك اجهزة امنية هي الاقوى في المنطقة؟
الرئيس الاسد وعد بالاصلاحات السياسية واطلاق الحريات ومكافحة الفساد في اول خطاب ألقاه بعد توليه مهام منصبه خلفا لوالده، ولكن قليلاً جدا من هذه الوعود قد تحقق بسبب اصرار مراكز القوى الامنية على التمسك بأدواتها ونهجها القديم الجديد في التعاطي مع ابناء الشعب السوري.
كنا نتوقع ان يبادر الرئيس الاسد الى تبييض السجون السورية، والافراج عن جميع المعتقلين، واطلاق قفزة اعلامية جديدة تسمح بمساحة اكبر للرأي الآخر، ولكن توقعاتنا تبخرت بمجرد سماعنا خبر صدور هذا الحكم الجائر على فتاة سورية شابة انتقدت النظام بلطف على مدونتها الشخصية التي لا يقرأها الا بضعة افراد هم اصدقاؤها وأسرتها

اصدرت محكمة امن الدولة حكماً بالسجن خمس سنوات على المدونة السورية الشابة طل الملوحي بتهمة التعامل مع الولايات المتحدة الامريكية
لو يحاكم القضاء العسكري في الجزائر سعيد سعدي, بجريمة العار وهي التخابر مع العدو, لإرتحنا منه ومن مشاكله.

موقفنا من سوريا مرتبط بدورها فأحد أعضاء محور الممانعة ، وكل ما يتعلق بهاته الصفة.
أما فيما يخص وضعها الداخلي فالشعب السوري أعلم وأدرى بما هو أفضل له
سوريا الاسد أم سوريا أي عميل أو أداة في يد الامريكي
أم سوريا أخرى من نوع آخر تكون فيها الديمقراطية والحرية والحرص على أمنها وإستقلال كامل ترابها وهو ما نتمناه.

وعلى العموم يجب الانتظار أشهرا وربما سنوات قليلة حتى نعرف النتائج الحقيقية لثورتي تونس ومصر لنعرف هل أن الثورة التي غيرت النظام إستطاعت أن تغير العقول والذهنيات .
فالخوف كل الخوف من مصير كمصير العراق.

اعلم - أرشدك الله لطاعته - أنه لا صلاح للخلق إلا في اتباع الوحي



والمقصود بالصلاح هنا : الصلاح العام الشامل لكل مناحي الحياة، إذ الخلق خلق الله جلّ في علاه، والله تعالى خبير بخلقه، عليم سبحانه بما يصلحه.



وهذا المعنى المشار إليه في قوله تعالى : " ألا يعلم من خلق..." سورة "الملك" الآية(14)



وأرشدنا نبينا العظيم- صلى الله تعالى عليه وآله وسلم- إلى طريق الهداية القويم، بقوله في"الصحيح" : "تركت فيكم ما إن تمسكتم به لن تضلوا ..."الحديث "صحيح الجامع" للعلامة الألباني



ولناظر أن يلحظ معي الإيماءة في "لن" القاضية بنفي عموم الضلال في الحال والمآل عن المستمسك بالوحي المستسلم له، الحاكم بأن الهداية والإصلاح كامنة فيه. فهل من متضلع ؟!!!



إن .. هذا الشرود، والتنقل في المناهج المتنافرة كالقرود، مردّه إلى غياب الأصول السلفية السنية عن موائد البحوث العلمية، ومبارك الحلقات الشرعية .



إن.. هذا الصدود الممدود، ناشئ عن فقدان أنام لمنهج السلف الصالح في باب التلقي، وهو منهج رشيد فريد تليد .
