ملك الاردن في خطر

لم تكن صعبة أمس ملاحظة التوتر والشك في عمان بين القصر الملكي المتحفز والشارع الذي يغلي. فقبل عشرة ايام فقط أدى وزير العدل الجديد، حسين مجلي، يمين الولاء للملك عبدالله، وللمملكة ولمنصبه، وها هو يتجرأ على عمل ما لم يحلم به اسلافه: الخروج الى مظاهرة في الشارع، والدوس عن قصد على الاعصاب المتوترة وتوريط الملك في حادثة دبلوماسية مع اسرائيل.
في منصبه السابق، كرئيس نقابة المحامين، لم يخفِ مجلي عداءه لاتفاق السلام ولكل تعاون من أي نوع. وأتذكر المجالي في كلماته العلنية في محاكمة احمد دقامسة، الجندي الذي قتل بالدم البارد سبع تلميذات ثانوية من بيت شيمش اثناء نزهة لهن في نهرايم. وكان الجندي حاول في الماضي قتل اسرائيليين، والمجالي لم يوفر جهودا كي يحصل لموكله على عقاب مخفف، بل ربما على إطلاق سراح فوري، بدعوى عدم سواء العقل المؤقت. ولكن الملك الحسين الراحل، الذي لن تـُنسى أبداً زيارة الاعتذار التي قام بها الى عائلات الضحايا، اغلق اذنيه. لا عفو، لا عقاب خفيفاً بل مؤبداً.
وها هو، أمس الأول، مجلي ذاته، بقبعته الجديدة، يخرج من مكتبه الفاخر، ويدعو دقامسة بالبطل ويعد بمواصلة الكفاح في سبيل إطلاق سراحه. أحقا؟ من عينه كان ينبغي له أن يفكر مرتين.
القضية الثانية التي تقرع الاجراس في ارجاء المملكة لم تحصل عندنا على عناية اعلامية بسبب الاحداث الاخيرة التي لا تنزل عن العناوين الرئيسية. 36 شيخ عشيرة بدوية وقعوا على عريضة تدعو الملك عبدالله الى 'معالجة' عقيلته، الملكة رانية. بمعنى: تقليص نشاطها التجاري، تهدئة رحلاتها التبذيرية وفحص ما يجري في الرابط بين المال والسلطة لدى عائلتها، ابناء عائلة ياسين، ذات الجذور الفلسطينية وليس الهاشمية.
الصحافية القديمة رندة حبيب اجتازت كل الخطوط، بلغت عن العريضة وسمحت لنفسها بخرق القانون الذي يحظر التشهير بالعائلة المالكة. شيوخ العشائر، من الموالين التقليديين للاسرة المالكة، ذعروا بل ونفى بعضهم مشاركته في العريضة. وأمس اصدر ابناء عائلة ياسين نفيا للادعاء بانهم يستغلون مكانتهم في صالح أعمالهم التجارية.
من الصعب التصديق انه قبل اسقاط السلطة في تونس وفي مصر كانوا سيتجرأون في الاردن على اجتياز خطوط حمراء حيال القصر الملكي. قضية شيوخ العشائر ما كانت لتتسرب الى صيغة فضائحية لولا تشخيص توتر الاعصاب في القيادة.
وزير العدل يمكنه أن يرفع الشعارات من اليوم حتى الغد، ولكن ليس لديه صلاحيات للحصول على عفو للجندي القاتل. في اللحظة التي اندلعت فيها المظاهرات في مصر أقال الملك رئيس الوزراء سمير الرفاعي. وبعد يومين عين بدلا منه جنرالا، معروف البخيت، الذي يعرف جيدا قضية قتل التلميذات في نهرايم منذ عهد ولايته كسفير في تل أبيب.
الاردن هو حليف قديم للادارة في واشنطن. وليس صدفة أن قفز أمس رئيس الاركان الامريكي مايك مولن الى عمان. في ورقة أعدت له وجد تقديرات عن احتمال انتقال أثر الدومينو الى المملكة، معطيات خطيرة عن الضائقة الاقتصادية ومعدلات البطالة العالية، وكذا التخوف من نزاع موت المسيرة السياسية في القناة الفلسطينية عندنا من شأنه أن يجدد الحماية في ان 'الاردن هو فلسطين' وتسخين اجواء الفلسطينيين، في الضفتين، ضد القصر في عمان.
الخبراء الذين يرسمون خريطة احتمالات المظاهرات يضعون الاردن في اسفل القائمة. الانترنت والـ ' فيس بوك' بتشجيع من الزوجين الملكيين يعملان بنشاط، الجيل الشاب مرتبط ولكنه محبط. العلاقات مع اسرائيل قائمة على المستويات الامنية فقط. لا يوجد سفير اردني في تل أبيب منذ أكثر من سنة. التعاون الاقتصادي والخطط الكبرى شطبت.
هذا بالضبط هو الوقت للادارة في واشنطن لان تطلق اشاراتها بكل السبل وكل مبعوثيها بأنها لا تعتزم ترك الاردن لمصيره او إثارة النزاع بين السياسيين ورجال الجيش، مثلما فعلت في مصر وتونس.
