الحمد لله رب العالمين، ولا عدوان إلا على الظالمين، وبعد ..
فقد تفاجأ (حزب الأمة الإسلامي) بما تعرض له أعضاء الهيئة التأسيسية للحزب من اعتقالات تعسفية مساء أمس الأربعاء 13/3/ 1432 هـ الموافق 16/2/ 2011م، حيث تم اعتقال كل من الشيخ الدكتور أحمد بن سعد بن غرم الغامدي، والأستاذ سعود بن أحمد الدغيثر، والشيخ عبد العزيز بن محمد الوهيبي، وفضيلة الشيخ الأستاذ الدكتور عبد الكريم بن يوسف الخضر الذي رفض الحضور إلا بخطاب رسمي من الإدعاء العام، والشيخ محمد بن حسين بن غانم القحطاني، والأستاذ محمد بن ناصر الغامدي، والدكتور وليد بن محمد الماجد..

وإن (حزب الأمة الإسلامي) وهو يؤكد على حقه وحق كافة أعضائه في ممارسة العمل السياسي السلمي، ليدعو إلى الإفراج الفوري عن أعضاء الهيئة التأسيسية، وضمان حقوقهم العدلية، كما يؤكد الحزب على أنه قد تم رفع خطاب للديوان الملكي ولمجلس الشورى، من قبل الهيئة التأسيسية للحزب بخصوص تأسيس الحزب بتاريخ 6/3/1432هـ، كقضية حق سياسي، وفي مثل هذا الاعتقالات وهذا الإجراء التعسفي الأمني ما يحرف القضية عن مسارها الصحيح من قضية سياسية إلى قضية أمنية، وهو ما يزيد من حالة الاحتقان السياسي التي يعيشها الشعب السعودي، الذي يتطلع كبقية شعوب العالم العربي إلى إصلاحات سياسية حقيقية، تقوم على أساس إقرار حقه في حرية إبداء الرأي والتعبير، وحقه في التجمعات السياسية، وحقه في انتخاب أعضاء مجلس الشورى، وحقه في المشاركة في اختيار الحكومة، وغيرها من الحقوق التي باتت تمارسها كل شعوب العالم الإسلامي..

لقد جاءت هذه الاعتقالات في وقت أحوج ما تكون فيه المملكة إلى إطلاق الحريات العامة، وتحقيق المصالحة الوطنية، والمحافظة على وحدة الوطن واستقراره وأمنه، كما دعا إلى ذلك (حزب الأمة الإسلامي) في خطابه إلى خادم الحرمين الشريفين، وفي بيانه الأول حول الإصلاح السياسي.

هذا وإن الحزب ليؤكد للجميع بأن مثل هذه الممارسات لن تثنيه عن المضي في طريق الدعوة إلى الإصلاح السياسي السلمي، والدعوة إلى إقرار الحقوق الشرعية للشعب السعودي، والله ولي التوفيق..

وهذا جزاء من ابتغى غير سبيل المؤمنين ، يريدون الفوضى ويحبون سقوط الجثث ، وإن كانوا يريدون زعما(الحرية والسلم )فكل الأحزاب هذا أول ما تدعوا إليه ، لكن الله لا يرضا هذا ولا يرضا نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فليحذر الذين يخالفون عن أمره أن تصيبهم فتنة
نسأل الله أن يذهب بكل حزبية مقيتة ، تفرق الجماعة المسلمة وتبعدها عن مصدر عزها وتلقيها في سبب ذلها وهوانها بإسم (الديمقراطية )
