كشفت الجريدة الفرنسية “لو كنار اونشيني” في عددها الصادر اليوم الأربعاء 16 فيفري، عن قائمة بالعقارات التي يملكها وزير البيئة و التهيئة الإقليمية، شريف رحماني، في فرنسا، و حسب ذات المصدر، فان شريف رحماني “يملك بعض العقارات في المقاطعة الـ16 الراقية بباريس”.

كما كشفت الجريدة الفرنسية على عناوين العقارات، حيث قالت انه يملك شقة بمساحة 85 متر مربع بشارع سنجر، و على بعد خطوتين من شارع لوكن، له شقة صغيرة على 20 متر مربع و بشارع دي صابلون يملك شقة من غرفتين على مساحة قدرها 31 متر مربع”. و يشير ذات المصدر إلى انه “قد لا تكون القائمة مغلقة”.

و حسب الجريدة، تم جمع هذه الأملاك تحت “شركة مدنية عقارية، SCI Fomm، على اسم زبيدة بن طاهر، زوجة رحماني”. كما أشار إلي أن كل هذه الأملاك تم شراءها أواخر سنوات التسعينات “من طرف مقربين من الوزير (و من بينهم سائقه…)، ثم تم وضعهم في عدة شركات مدنية عقارية، و كانت ترجع الأسهم بعدها إلى أفراد عائلته عن طريق مراحل متعددة، قبل أن تنتهي في يد زوجته”.

و في الجزائر يملك شريف رحماني و زوجته عدت عقارات. و حسب “لوكنار اونشيني”، ورد اسم الوزير و زوجته “في ثلاثة شركات جزائرية للترقية العقارية، فنادق و غيرهما”.

كما كشفت الجريدة الفرنسية أن عائلة رحماني “تمكنت من القيام بعملية جميلة في الجزائر: ملكية دولة تقع بمحاذاة قصر بوتفليقة و كانت تأوي في السابق سفارة باكستان، تم بيعها ببضع الآلاف من أورو إلى أحد الخواص، و الذي أعاد بيعها بثمن أكثر بقليل إلى زبيدة بن طاهر، التي باعتها بمبلغ قدر بـ800 ألف أورو.

كيف يضربه بيد من حديد و هو الذي اختاره لهذا المنصب ؟!
كأنك تريد أن تقول أن بوتفليقة ليس مسؤولا عن كل هذه السرقات الي تقوم بها حكومته

بقي الآن هل يمكن ان نجد آليات لمقاضاته
انا اقترح ان يرسل مقال الجريدة لجميع الهيئات والمؤسسات وعلى راسها البرلمان ومجلس الامة ورئاسة الجمهورية
قد تقولون لي ان هذا غير مجدي لنجرب ولن نخسر شيئا لو كل الاعضاء راسلوا منددين بهذا ومطالبين بمحاكمته لظهرت النتيجة اقلها ان يتوقف
هيا دعنا من كثرة الكلام بدون فائدة لنجرب ولن نخسر شيئا وسابدا بنفسي اننا اليوم السبت غدا صباحا ساكون في البريد

و الله أخي نجيب أشكرك على التفاتتك الطيبة، و إن دلت على شيء فتدل على أنك إنسان شريف لا يرضى عن الفساد ، و أنا أشجعك إن كانت لديك القدرة على التنديد عبر كافة الوسائل و الأدوات المتاحة
لكن في رأيي الشخصي أن هذا فعلا غير مجد و دعني أستشهد ببيت من الشعر هنا و هو :
تكاثرت الظباء على خراش ***** فما يدري خراش ما يصيد !

هل تعتقد أن شريف رحماني حالة نادرة في الجهاز الحكومي ؟!
و هل تعتقد أن الملف إذا أحيل إلى العدالة فسينتهي هكذا بكل بساطة بمحاكمة الوزير و ينتهي الأمر ؟!
يا أخي أنت تعلم أن قضايا الفساد في بلادنا معقدة إلى درجة أن القضاء نفسه بكل مؤسساته ورجاله و قوانينه لم يعد قادرا على القضاء عليه
و السبب أن الملف الواحد الذي يفتح بنزاهة قد يؤدي إلى إدانة سلسلة كبيرة من الأسماك الكبيرة داخل النظام، فهل تتصور أن القضاء قادر على فعل ذلك بدون ما تؤثر الزمرة الفاسدة على القضية و يغلق الموضوع بقوة البطش ؟!
أخي نجيب أنت رجل طيب، و كما يقال عندنا أنت ( نيّة الله )
و محاربة فساد من هذا الحجم لا ينفع فيه أفكارك الرقيقة و مشاعرك النبيلة
هؤلاء لا ينفع فيهم إلا ثورة شعبية تطيح بنظامهم من جذوره ، و طبعا مجددا النموذج المصري الرائع يفي بالغرض حتما

في الموقع الرسمي لأبي جرة سلطاني على الفايس بوك، قدم هو و حركته حركة حمس ما سموه مبادرة في ظل الأزمة
و قد كتبت تعليقا ساخرا، أزعج لعض محبي هذه الحركة،
قلت فيه : أن الحكومة ستستحدذ حقيبة وزارية جديدة اسمها وزارة تلميع الأحذية، و أعطيت صوتي لأبي جرة أن يترشح لهذا المنصب، و أنا واثق أنه سينجح ، و كل الجزائريين سيصوتون لصالحه، فلا أحد يستحق هذا المنصب عن جدارة مثله

قد أكون قسوت عليه بعض الشيء، لكن في الحقيقة هو من أسرف على نفسه
