لم يجد سعيد سعدي زعيم ''الأرسيدي''، و''خليفة'' علي بن حاج من تسمية يطلقونها، على شرفاء بلوزداد، سوى مصطلح ''البلطجية'' الذي استنسخوه من المصريين، بعد أن رفض أبناء الحي العريق تحويل منطقتهم إلى مكان للبزنسة، وقضاء المصالح الشخصية من قبل بعض ''المندسين'' في صفوف دعاة التغيير. وقد توجه نشطاء ''الأرسيدي'' نهاية الأسبوع إلى الخارج، للتفاوض بشأن مستقبل ''التخلاط''، حيث لم يهدر زعيم ''الأرسيدي'' سعيد سعدي، فرصة تواجده هناك، لوصف أبناء الحي الشعبي بلوزداد بـ ''البلطجية''، والموالين للرئيس، وما فتئ نشطاء ''الأرسيدي''، في مهماتهم في الخارج، ولدى السفارات الفرنسية والأمريكية والأوروبية يحاولون إقناع الأجانب بأن أبناء بلوزداد هم من ''البلطجية'' الذين يوظفهم بوتفليقة وليسوا أبناء الحي الذين يريدون أن يرتاحوا من المشاكل التي يعانون منها. من جهته، أطلق ''الحليف العدو'' لسعيد سعدي، علي بن حاج، الرجل الثاني في ''الفيس'' المحل، مصطلح ''البلطجية''، على أبناء الحي السالف ذكره، حيث كلف أحد الموالين له، بإلقاء خطبة بمسجد ''العهد''، في ظل غياب هذا الأخير، أين وصف ''مجند بن حاج'' أبناء الحي بـ''البلطجية''، وقال إنهم ينفذون أجندة أملتها عليهم السلطات وأنهم لا يمثلون سوى ''النظام''.وتأتي هذه التداعيات في أعقاب رفع أهل بلكور حي بلوزداد والمناطق المجاورة رسالة إلى وزارة الداخلية، يطلبون فيها تمكينهم من العيش بسلام في حيهم الشعبي، ومنع بعض ''الوافدين'' من دخول الحي وتنظيم مسيرة قد تأتي عليهم بالوبال إن حدث وسار فيها المبادرون بها، لأنهم وببساطة يرفضون استغلال الساحات المجاورة لمقرات سكناهم لتنفيذ مخططات شخصية لبعض ''دعاة التغيير''.
