ماذا أعدّت الحكومة لمرحلة ما بعد البترول ؟

سؤال نطرحه للنقاش ، و على كل من يهمه أمر الجزائر حقيقة أن يفكر فيه بجدية

الكل يعرف أن الجزائر انتعشت في السنوات الأخيرة اقتصاديا بسبب ارتفاع سعر برميل البترول
و رغم أن الكثير من السرقات و الفضائح حدثت ، و أنهكت التنمية في الجزائر، و أبقت الشعب الجزائري يعيش في فقر و بطالة إلا أن بوتفليقة عرف كيف يغطي كل هذا باستثماره في بعض المشاريع المفيدة للجزائر، و لعل هذا هو السبب الذي جعل الكثير من الجزائريين يتمسكون ببوتفليقة و يعتبرونه الرئيس المناسب ، بل و أنا متأكد أن الكثير منهم يتمنون أن يبقى هذا الرجل في السلطة إلى مدى الحياة !
لكن السؤال الحقيقي الآن هو هل ما فعله بوتفليقة لحد الآن كافيا ؟ و هل كان بإمكانه فعل أحسن من ذلك ؟
و كيف ترون مستقبل الجزائر القريب؟ و كيف ترونها من غير بترول ؟
هل هناك مشاريع حقيقية تجعلنا في مأمن من الاعتماد الكلي على قطاع المحروقات ؟ و ما هي هذه المشاريع إن وجدت ؟

كل هذه الأسئلة و غيرها نرجو الإجابة عليها من خلال هذه النافذة

قال مانصه(..و من هذا المنطلق أعيد و أؤكّد بأن ما حدث في أكتوبر 1988 ، و ما تلاه من تفجير للوضع في التسعينات، ما هو إلا نتيجة للإهمال الأرعن من قبل المسؤولين الذين يرسمون سياسة هذا البلد، و أنّ الدماء التي سالت لا يمكن ارجاع أصحابها إلى الحياة ، و لكن ما يمكن فعله في الوقت الراهن، هو العمل الجادّ و الحرص على أن لا تتكرّر مثل تلك الحوادث الأليمة و ذلك باتّخاذ كافّة الإجراءات اللازمة، بدءا بالتقييم الجادّ للأوضاع ، و النّية الصّريحة في تصحيح الأخطاء

نسمع الكثير من العبارات التي تصدر من الناس في التعبير عن غضبهم من السياسات التي يرسمها الحكام، و التي أدت في كثير من الأحيان إلى زعزعة أمن البلد اجتماعيا و اقتصاديا
و معهم كامل الحق في ذلك ، لأن المسيرين كثيرا ما تسببوا بجهلهم و تفريطهم في حق هذا الشعب في التخلف و حالة الفوضى التي نعيشها
لكن هل الوضع المزظري الذي نعبشه هو مسؤولية الحكام وحدهم ؟
قديما قيل : ( الناس على دين ملوكهم )
و في نفس الوقت قيل: ( كما تكونوا يولّى عليكم )
و حين نفهم هذه الثنائية يتّضح لنا إشكالية العلاقة بين الحاكم و المحكوم ، فلكل منهم دور فيما آلت إليه الأمور، و مصداق ذلك قول النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم : ( كلك راع و كلكم مسؤول عن رعيته )
فحينما نشاهد سلوكيات بعض الناس يتبين لنا أن نا نحن فيه نستحقه عن جدارة
فقد فشلنا حتى في أبسط الأمور
حينما يخرج المصلون من المسجد لم نعد نسمع الناس يتحدثون عن مسائل في الدين و كيف يحافظ المسلم على إيمانه ، و يذكر الله
بل صرنا نسمع الكلام على كرة القدم ، و التمنشير في عباد الله
بل بعضهم بمجرد ما يضع رجله خارج باب المسجد يشعل سيجارة أو يضع رفعة شمة !
الجزائريون اليوم - إلا من رحم ربك - يستعملون العبارات النابية في محادثاتهم اليومية في كل مكان تقريبا، و قد يصل الأمر إلى سبّ الله تعالى
قلة الحياء، و النفاق، و الخداع، و عدم النظافة، و الشراسة في المعاملة ... كل ذلك و غيره و غيره أصبحت معاملات نشاهدها يوميا
فهل بقي شيء لنلوم الحكام وحدهم فقط ؟

مما يدل على همجيتك و قلة ذوقك أنك تردد هذا التعليق في كل موضوع أكتبه
و هذا إن دل على شيء فهو أنك ببغاء لا يصلح إلا لترديد العبارات
