اكتشاف شحنات نووية ممنوعة في مقر شركة إيطالية بسكيكدة

تمكنت مصالح فرقة الدّرك الوطني لبلدية السبت التابعة للكتيبة الإقليمية للدرك الوطني لدائرة عزابة، من تفجير أخطر قضية والمتثملة في اكتشاف شحنتين نوويتين من نوع ''قاما'' بدون وثائق رسمية، وهذا بقاعدة الحياة التابعة للشركة الإيطالية سيسيل صالدو، المتواجدة ببلدية السبت بدائرة عزابة.
والتي تشرف على أشغال إنجاز مشروع ''جي ك 3''، الذي إستفادت منه شركة'' سايبام '' إثر مناقصة دولية طرحتها شركة سوناطراك صاحبة المشروع لنقل أنابيب الغاز القادم من سكيكدة نحو بلدية أولاد أحبابة، مرورا ببلدية السبت، لكن شركة ''سيبام'' وبعد أن تأكدت من أن المشروع الذياإستفادت منه بمناقصة دولية، يستلزم خبرة مهنية واسعة في مجال تصوير أفلام اللحمات، قامت بإستدعاء شركة ''أم سي أو'' التي تعمل تحت تصرف شركة ''سيسيل صالدو''، والتي تراقب أعمالها في مجال تصوير أفلام اللحمات.
إطاران جزائريان فجّرا الفضيحة لدى الدرك
حسب مصادر ''النهار''؛ فإن خيوط هذه المؤامرة قام بفضحها إطاران جزائريان من سكيكدة يعملان كمهندسين بشركة سيسيل صالدو، واللذان قاما بتقديم شكوى لدى مصالح فرقة الدّرك الوطني لبلدية السبت، عن وجود شحنتين نوويتين قامت الشركة بجلبها، وهي مخبأة في قاعدة الحياة ببلدية السبت في سرية تامة، قبل أن تستنفر عناصر الكتيبة الإقليمية لدرك عزابة قواعدها وتتدخل للتقصي في حقيقة هذه الفضيحة الخطيرة التي تمس بأمن وإقتصاد الدّولة الجزائرية، حيث وبعد عملية تفتيش دقيقة تم العثور على الشحنتين النوويتين مخبأتين في إحدى زوايا مرحاض خاص بالمسؤول الأول للشركة والتي كان يحوز على مفاتيحها لوحده.
إتهامات متبادلة وسوناطراك تطلب تفسيرات


وفي سياق متصل؛ أسرت مصادر'' النهار'' بأنّ مصالح الكتيبة الإقليمية لدرك عزابة، عثرت على الشحنتين بعد تنقلها إلى مقر قاعدة الحياة وتفتيش عدد من المواقع، كما قامت بإستدعاء المسؤولين بكل من شركة سايبام وسيسيل صالدو، لسماع أقوالهم حول هذه القضية، في الوقت الذي تراشق مسؤولي الشركة الأجنبية الإيطالية التهم فيما بينهم، وراح كل شخص يبعد التهم عنه، بحجة عدم درايته بالموضوع، حيث أنّ المسؤول الذي ضبطت بحوزته الشحنتان نفى علمه بالقضية، بعد أن أكدّ بأن المسؤول الأول عن المشروع هو من أمره بذلك.
يحدث هذا في وقت سارعت شركة تابعة لسوناطراك مختصة في نقل الأنابيب، بإخطار المديرية المركزية لسوناطراك بهذه الفضيحة، أين قامت هذه الأخيرة بإرسال إستفسار لشركة ''سيسيل صالدو'' ''وسيبام'' حول خطورة القضية، لكن دبون تلقي أي رد من طرف الشركتين الأجنبيتين، وهو ما قد يجعل الأمور تتطور نحو الأسوإ.
