سعيد سعدي ‬يمزق جواز سفره الجزائري ‬بباريس‬

قام زعيم الأرسيدي سعيد سعدي بتمزيق جواز سفره الجزائري، بعد ساعات من لقاء سريع عقده يوم الجمعة مع أحد موظفي وزارة الشؤون الخارجية الفرنسية، بالعاصمة باريس، تعبيرا منه عن رفضه للنظام الجزائري وكل رموزه بما في ذلك جواز السفر الجزائري.
زعيم ''الأرسيدي''، سعيد سعدي، الذي كان منتظرا قدومه صبيحة السبت، في ساحة أول ماي من أجل الإشراف على المسيرة التي دعت إليها التنسيقية الوطنية للديمقراطية والتغيير، لم يلتحق بالجزائر، إلا في ساعة متأخرة من مساء السبت، ولم يكن ذلك إلا بعد ضغوط كبيرة مارسها ضده إطارات الحزب الذين وجدوا أنفسهم في حرب وهم يرون زعيم الحزب يتغيب عن مسيرة كان دعا إليها هو شخصيا! ويبدو أنّ اللّقاءات المكثّفة التي عقدها سعيد سعدي مع المسؤولين الفرنسيين، خاصّة الموظف السامي بوزارة الشؤون الخارجية الفرنسية ''الكيدورسيه''، كانت سببا كافيا لدفع سعدي إلى عدم المشاركة في المسيرة، خاصة وأن الخارجية الفرنسية تكون قد أطلقت إشارات غير مشجعة كثيرا لزعيم الديمقراطيين في الجزائر بشأن إمكانية تنفيذ حضر اقتصادي ضدّ الجزائر. والمثير في قضية تمزيق جواز السّفر الجزائري من طرف سعيد سعدي، هو أن زعيم ''الأرسيدي'' مزق جواز السفر دون التذكرة التي كان يحملها ولا حتى بطاقة النائب في البرلمان التي استعان بها لاحقا لدى مصالح القنصلية العامّة الجزائرية بباريس، من أجل الحصول على رخصة الدّخول إلى التراب الجزائري!
وهي المرّة الأولى التي يلجأ فيها مسؤول جزائري كبير إلى تمزيق جواز سفره خارج التراب الجزائري، رغم أنّ السلطات وفرت له ما لم توفره لأزيد من 35 مليون جزائري، حيث يتمتع دون غيره بصفة عضو في البرلمان وراتب مغر، إضافة إلى أعوان حراسة أمنية خاصة يستعملهم حتى في المسيرات ضد الحكومة التي توفر له الأمن.
ويعتبر تمزيق جواز السفر الجزائري من الأفعال التي يعاقب عليها قانون العقوبات، وجواز السفر يعتبر من رموز السيادة الوطنية والدولة الجزائرية، وغيره من الجزائريين عندما يقومون بهذا الفعل يعاقبون بثلاث سنوات حبسا نافذا في إطار قانون العقوبات. وقد توجه سعيد سعدي إلى القنصلية العامة للجزائر بباريس صباح السبت، لطلب رخصة الدخول إلى التراب الجزائري، وصرح أن جواز سفره قد ضيعه دون أن يقدم تفاصيل عن العملية الشنيعة التي استهدف بها جواز السفر الجزائري.
القنصلية الجزائرية بباريس، خصصت إجراءات خاصّة لتسهيل مهمة عودة سعيد سعدي إلى الجزائر، بأمر من وزير الشؤون الخارجية حيث تم استصدار رخصة الدخول في ربع ساعة، ليصل مساء السبت إلى الجزائر بعد أن تفرق المتظاهرون الذين وجدوا أنفسهم هذه المرة بدون تنسيق في ظل غياب سعيد سعدي.
