المقادير :
العجينة :
300 فرينة - 75غ زبذة ذائبة - ماء الزهر - فانيليا - 2 ملاعق كاكاو غبرة
الحشو : 500 غ لوز مقلي و مطحون - 300غ سكر - 1 الى 2 بيض

نحضر العجينة و ذلك بخلط كل المقادير و نجمعها بماء الورد حتى نحصل على عجينة متماشكة
نحضر الحشو نضع اللوز في وعاء نضيف السكر و الفانيليا و نخلط ثم البيض و نخلط لنحضل على عجينة
نقسم العجينة نضع في القسم الاول بودرة الكاكاو لنحصل على اللون البني

على طاولة العمل مرشوشة بالمايزينة نحل العجينة ثم نمررها في ألة العجين على الرقم 5
بالنسبة للعجينة البنية نشكل منها شرائح رقيقة و نضعها على العجينة البيضاء بين كل خط بني نترك 1 سم
ثم بالحلال نمرر لكي تلتسق العجينة البنية مع البيضاء

بواسطة ألة القطع 9سم نقطع دوائر

نضع مغرف من الحشو في وسط كل دائرة و نغلقها

بواسطة ألة قطع اخرى (كما في الصورة ) نقطع دوائر صغيرة من العجينة البيضاء و دوائر من العجينة البنية

نضع الوردات على الحلوة و نمتنها جيدا (نضع عسل أو بيض) لكي تلسق جيدا

عند وضع الوردات حافظي على الشكل لكي لا تتكسر الوردة

وندخلها الفرن درجته 160° لمدة 20°
عند اخراجها نضعها في العسل ثم نقطرها
نضع الحلوة في صحون ورقية و نرش عليها الملمع
