بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم, نظرا للتقهقر الثقافي الذي وصلنا إليه, والذي لا يمت لأصالة وعراقة الشعب الجزائري, وفكره وعقيدته بصلة, فكرنا في إقتراح إصلاح جذري للمنظومة الثقافية في الجزائر, وذلك وفقا لما يريده غالبية المجتمع لا لضغوطات قبلية أو حزبية أو غيرها.
للأسف وزارة الثقافة التي يفترض فيها محاربة الضلال, وتنوير العقول أصبحت منوم يعمل على نشر الخرفات والأفكار الهدامة في المجتمع, وعلى رأسها الزواية والولاة الصاحين أو الطالحين, ونظرا لخطورة هذا الأمر وبعد الأخذ والرد مع الكثير من المواطنين في الشرق والغرب والشمال والجنوب, وذلك عبر السكايب والفايسبوك حتى لا يتهمني البعض بأنني عفريت cupidarrow
توصلنا إلى إقتراح يتمثل في تحقيق مبدأ الشخص المناسب في المكان المناسب, وأقترحنا سليمان بخليلي لما له من ثقافة وأخلاق يشهد له بها الجميع وهذه نبذة عن حياته:
إعلامي ومنتج تلفزيوني معد ومذيع البرنامج الثقافي التلفزيوني الشهير خاتم سليمان عرضته في بداياته فضائيات عربية عديدة ، هو من مواليد ولاية بسكرة في الجنوب الشرقي للجزائر ، التحق بلإذاعة والتلفزيون الجزائري عام 1985صحفيا ، ثم تدرج في مختلف المناصب ليتقلد منصب رئيس تحرير ، ثم مديرالإنتاج في التلفزيون الجزائري . أنشأ عام 1994مؤسسة استوديوهات الإنتاج التلفزيوني المستقلة رفقة عدد من الكفاءات الإعلامية المتخصصة في مجال الإعلام التلفزيوني. راسل العديد من قنوات التلفزيون العربية كصحفي ، حيث قام بتغطية حرب الخليج الأولى للتلفزيون الجزائري ، إضافة للعديد من التقارير والتغطيات الإخبارية المختلفة من عدد من البلدان العربية والأوربية . بث له قبل قبل سنوات برنامج شهير بالتلفزيون الجزائري عنوانه ساعة من ذهب, وقد حصل مؤخرا على جائزة الإبداع في مهرجان القاهرة للإذاعة والتلفزيون ، كما أنتج خلال شهر رمضان برنامج مسابقات بعنوان : ( فرسان القرآن ) وصف بأنه النسخة الإسلامية من ستار اكاديمي ، وحصل أيضا على الجائزة الذهبية في مهرجان القاهرة الـ 14 للإعلام العربي.

انه لمن دواعى الاسف ان يفعل برجال خدموا التقافه ويخدمونها رغم الهوان والعبث من اطراف تدعى الثقافه وهي لا تنتمى سوى الى النهب والسلب والمحابات وغيرها الصبر يا بخليلى ياقدير ان شمسك طالعه
وشمسهم تغيب ويبقوا في خبر كان والدوام لله.

في الختام أذكركم بخسارتنا كجزائريين للكثير من الكفاءات, وبعدها نقول يجب وقف هجرة الأمغة, البروفيسور زرهوني الذي نشرته عنه الشروق مقالا لم يعترف له في الجزائر حتى بشهادته الجامعية وهو اليوم من المقربين من أوباما, وحسب ما أتذكر رئيس جامعة كبيرة مختصة في الطب في أمريكا, وليس ببعيد خسرنا المعلق حفيظ دراجي حبيب الجماهير, وأصبحنا نسمع صوته بالعملة الصعبة في قناة الجزيرة الرياضية, ولا نقبل بخسارة سليمان بخليلي.

هو منصب أعطته السلطة لها لتتقي شرها وماكان يخرج من فاها
مثلها مثل الأرعن سعيد سعدي ..الذي يضع عيناه على كرسي الحكم .
لكن هيهات .....
أختي زهرة السوسن أرحب بكي في الموضوع, وأذكرك بأن سعيد سعدي الأرعن طرده الشعب, أمام مخاوف الشرطة من مكيدة طبخها سعدي مع حلفاءه في فرنسا, التي حالت دون تدخل إيجابي من الشرطة.
الدرس الذي لقناه لسعدي سنعيده لخليدة, أذكر بأن الشباب الذي أخذته العزة والنيف على شهداء نوفمبر وعلى العلم الوطني, سنة 2010 بالرغم من الظروف التي يمر بها, إلا أنه أثبت للعالم بأنه لا يقطع أصوله ولا ينسى تاريخه ولا يخطأ في عقيدته.
هذا الشباب الذي لو أردنا أن تكلم في محاسنه لما كفتنا الدقائق والساعات, هذا الشباب يقول لخليدة شرك لن نتقيه بهذه الطريقة, وفاك أفتحيه لبني صهيون لأننا لا نسمع لمن هب ودب.
هذا يعني بأننا ليس لدينا ما نخشاه من خليدة ولا من غيرها, وفرنسا أومريكا يجب عليهما نسيان تمزيق مخططاتهم الفاشلة, التي يخططون لها مستقبلا لأن الجزائر بلاد الرجال وستبقى كذلك.
