ماذا يحدث في الجامعة الجزائرية والي اين

بعد أن قرر الطلبة مقاطعة الدراسة والامتحانات أيضا التي تجري في هذه الفترة واختلفت مطالب الطلبة منها ما هي مطالب توجه بها الطلبة للجهات العليا على مستوى الوزارة الوصية
لكن ربما جاءت الفجوة الكبيرة بين المسؤولين علي القطاع والطلبة وعدم استعابهم لمطالبهم وتقديمها في اعلب الاحيان علي انها فئات صغيرة تريد خلق البلبة وتحجيم اقامة تعديلات جوهرية للارتقاء بالجامعة وتغيب مشاركتهم وارائهم في ارساء قوانيين تخدم مستقبل الجزائر
والجديد الذي يتجلي في المطالب التي يسعي اليها منضموا يوم الغضب الجامعي يوم الاحد القادم27/02/2011 في جامعة منتوري قسنطينة و جميع الجامعات الجزائرية
انضمام طلبة LMD الي المحتجين للمشاركة في احد الغضب واطلعنا علي اهم مطالب النظام القديم


' الإبقاء على شهادة مهندس دولة بالنسبة إلى طلبة النظام الكلاسيك
- معادلة شهادة مهندس دولة مع شهادة الماستنر (بكالوريا +5) من طرف المجالس العلمية للكليات.
- معادلة شهادة الدراسات العليا مع الماستر1 (بكالوريا +4) حيث يسمح لحاملي هذه الشهادة من دخول الماستر 2.
- معادلة شهادة الدراسات العليا مع (بكالوريا +4) + دراسات ما بعد التدرج مع شهادة الماستر (بكالوريا +5 سنوات).
- معادلة شهادة الماجستير مع السنة الثانية لمدارس الدكتوراه لنظام" أل. آم. دي" حيث-يكون للطلبة الاختيار بين
مواصلة الدراسة في النظام القديم أوالتسجيل في السنة الثالثة لمدارس الدكتوراه
مع مطالب نظام LMD والتي من اهم المطالب
- حق الانتقال من السنة ثالثة الي الماستر لكل الطلبة بدون تميز
- اقالة الوزير واعطاء نفس جديد للقطاع الذي
- اقامة اصلاحات جذرية وباشراك الطلبة
- اعطاء اهمية كبيرة للتكوين والتطبيق في البرامج الدراسية
- توفير الامكانيات التي تخول بتطبيق نظام LMD والا الغاء النظام
- اعطاء الفرصة للشباب والعمل اشراكم في القرارات التي تتعلق بمستقبلهم
وتوجه العديد من الطلبة الي الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة برسالة يدعونه فيها الي مساندة الطلبة وتاكيد خطابه الداعم للشباب ويري احد الداعين الي اضرابات الاحد من جامعة منتوري قسنطينة د عزالدين الي ضرورة اخذ مطالب الطلبة محمل الجد والعمل علي ارساء ثقافة جديدة للتعامل بين الادارة والطلبة ويحذر من التماطل الي تقوم به الوزارة والتجاهل للمطالب المشروعة في رايه

اليوم كنت مدعو الى حصة اذاعية باذاعة مستغانم المحلية وتم طرح هذا المشكل للنقاش وكان هناك ممثلين عن الطلبة بالحصة والخلاصة التي خرجت بها ان هناك ازمة ثقة بين الطلبة والوزارة او الادارة بصفة عامة
والامر الثاني وهو ان الادارة تتحاشى الحوار مع الطلبة وتمد الوزارة بمعلومات خاطئة عن وضعية الجامعة خاصة جامعة عبد الحميد بن باديس بمستغانم
المشكل برأيي أن ذهنية الاقصاء والتعنت هي التي توصل الامور الى هذا ونحن جميعا كجزائريين نفتقد الى لغة الحوار الهادئ البناء المسئول والمسئولية تتحملها في هذا الجهات المسئولة على كل المستويات لانها تتقدم بمشاريع تطبخها في مكاتب مكيفة والاحرى انهم كانوا يجب ان تناقش مع المعنيين بالامر
اتمنى ان يتدخل الرئيس لفظ هذا المشكل لان الخاسر الاكير سيكون الطالب بدون شك
