ثـورة الشعـوب تنتقـل إلى أمريكا

تظاهر الإثنين، ‬عشرات الآلاف من الأمريكيين في ‬مدينة ماديسون عاصمة ولاية ويسكونسون الواقعة ‬غرب الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ‬احتجاجا على قوانين جديدة ‬يعتزم سنها حاكم الولاية، ‬تقضي ‬بمنع الحق في ‬الإضراب للعمال والموظفين والحد من قوة النقابات العمالية.‬
المظاهرات تجري منذ أسبوع كامل، وسط تعتيم إعلامي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وبلغت الاحتجاجات ذروتها يومي السبت والأحد الماضيين عندما خرج إلى الشارع ما لا يقل عن 140 ألف من الأمريكيين، مستغلين عطلة نهاية الأسبوع. وكانت المظاهرات انطلقت منتصف الأسبوع الماضي، عندما دعا إلى تنظيمها نقابات عمالية وتنظيمات طلابية في ولاية ويسكونسين الأمريكية، احتجاجا على مشروع قانون طرحه حاكم الولاية المنتمي إلى الحزب الجمهوري، ويهدف إلى الحد من قوة التنظيمات النقابية.
وكان ما أثار حفيظة الأمريكيين في مدينة ماديسون عاصمة ولاية ويسكونسون، هو تضمن القانون المقترح لمواد تمنع الحق في الإضراب، على خلفية السياسات التقشفية التي تتبعها الكثير من الولايات الأمريكية لمواجهة الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية.
واعتبر المحتجون، الذين يتشكل أغلبهم من الطلبة والموظفين الحكوميين، مواد مشروع القانون الجديد بمثابة تعدٍ على الحريات والحقوق المكفولة ليس فقط بموجب الدستور الأمريكي والقوانين الفيدرالية الأمريكية وحتى القوانين الخاصة بكل ولاية.
وتجمع المحتجون طيلة الأيام السبعة الماضية، أمام مقر حاكم الولاية، غير أن مسار الأحداث في مدينة ماديسون تطور إلى منحى آخر، في آخر 3 أيام من الاحتجاجات، حيث شبت مظاهرات مضادة قام بها العشرات من الموالين للحاكم الجمهوري، رافعين شعارات ومرددين هتافات ترحب بالقانون المقترح.
واختار منظمو المظاهرة المضادة التجمع في نفس مكان المتظاهرين المناوئين للحاكم، حيث دخل الجانبان في ملاسنات، وتبادلا الشتائم، فيما شبه العديد من المتتبعين للوضع بأنه يشبه لحد كبير ما جرى في مصر قبيل سقوط نظام حسني مبارك، عندما استعمل هذا الأخير عناصر من ''البلطجية'' لقمع المتظاهرين الداعين إلى إسقاطه.
وذهب الكثير من الأمريكيين بعيدا في اتهامهم لسلطات ولايتهم بقمعهم على طريقة حسين مبارك والقذافي، عندما رفع أحد المحتجين المعتصمين في مدينة ماديسون، لافتة كتب عليها عبارة ''أهلا بكم في ميدان التحرير''، وهي اللافتة التي أثارت الكثير من التعاليق، إلى جانب تساؤلات محرجة حول مدى الحريات والحقوق المكفولة للأمريكيين والتي تتبجح بها الإدارة الأمريكية أمام العالم.
كما رفع معارض آخر للمشروع وهو أحد قادة الحركة الاحتجاجية لافتة عليها صورة لحاكم الولاية الذي رفض التفاوض مع النقابات وإلى جانبها كتبت عبارة ''حسني مبارك''.
وأصبحت ولاية ويسكونسين بمثابة شعلة البارود في الولايات المتحدة، حيث تهدد الأزمة القائمة حاليا في مدينة ماديسون بانتقال حمى سن القوانين الرادعة للحريات والحقوق النقابية إلى ولايات أخرى، وهو ما يجعل من فرضية انتقال الاحتجاجات العمالية والانتفاضات الشعبية في كامل التراب الأمريكي قائمة.
