ماذا تقترح لحل أزمة السكن في الجزائر

من اجل أن نكون أكثر إجابية فكرة في طرح هذا الموضوع. لذلك أرجو من الجميع المساهمة بأفكار وحلول مقترحة لحل أزمة السكن في الجزائر. جاءتني هذه الفكرة بعد تجولي في الجزائر. لقد سمعت أن محامي يملك ثلاث شقق في الجزائر العاصمة وبعد سماعه لأحد أفراد عائلته يتحدث عن هذا.لموضوع. إقترح عليه أن يعطيه شقة و يسكت. ومثل هذه القصص كثير.المهم هذه بعض الإقتراحات أرجو إثراءها:
1- لماذا لا تعتمد الدولة كراء الشقق.
2-ولماذا لا تمنع إستعمال الشقق في أغراض تجارية. فلا يعقل ان يستفيد مواطن من شقة ثم يقوم بكرائها لمحامي أو موثق أو حتي شركة. تجولو في الجزائر العاصمة وقولو لي كم شقة تستخدم لهذه الأغراض فمن الطبيعي أن ترتفع أسعار الشقق هكذا.......، حيث يمكن تعويض الشقق بمراكز خاصة تستخدم لهؤلاء. حيث في الدول الأوروبية وحتى الدول الخليجية الآن يتم بناء مكاتب خاصة للمحامين و الاطباء وغيرهم لا تصلح إلا لأن تكون كذلك ويمنع إستخدام الشقق والفيلات لهذه الأغراض التجارية.

اتمنى ان يجد موضوعك صدى خاصه وان الجميع نظره موجه الى الاحداث في المنطقه ،على العموم مت يصيب قطاع السكن يصيب كل القطاعات وهو غياب الرقابه ،حيث ان الرئيس امر بانشاء مليون سكن وتعهد بها لكن للاسف اغلبيتها تعطى تحت الطاوله او تعطى لاشخاص دون التحقيق فانا ايضا اعرف الكثير ممن لديهم شقه ملك وضعوا ملفات في منناطق غير التي فيها شقتهم ويحاولون ودود ما يسمى المعرفه حتى تمرر ملفاتهم ليتحصلوا على الشقه الثانيه واعرف ايضا ان هناك من يضع ملف الطلب على اسم شخص اخر حتى يبتعد عن الشبهة او التحقيق ان وجدت وقيل لي ان هناك من المسؤولين الصغار من يتاجر بشقق السكن الاجتماعي حيث يطلب في مودع الطلب مبالغ غير شرعيه حتى يمكنه ان يختار اي نوع من الشقق يريد ،اما عن كراء الشقق للمكاتب وعيادات فهذا يمكن لو كان لدينا نواب حقيقيين ان يطرحوا الامر على مجلس الشعب ورئاسه الحكومه حتى يناقش ويحل ولكن كما سبق ان قلت ما يغيب في بلادنا هو الرقابه والعداله الحقيقيه في التوزيع ولولا هدا ماكان يعود سكان اخرون لسكن بيوت قصديريه اعطي لاهلها سكن ولكان هناك خطط عادله ومنظمه وجديه حيث ياخد السكن الا من يستحقه بالتوزيع العادل بين الاعزب والمتزوج حتى يكون التكافئ
نتمنى ان تزول هده السلوكيات ويلتزم المواطن بالقناعه والرضى ويترك المجال للاخرين ولا يساهم في تفشي الرشوة والمحسوبيه والانانيه وعلى الدوله ان تحسم في هدا الوضع بجديه وصرامه وتحقق العداله للجميع.

وبالاعتماد على الاحصائيات المقدمة واللي تقول أن الشعب الجزائري يقدر تقريبا بـــ
35 مليون وبعض النسمة
ولهذا أولا لا بد من كبح النسل لحين إعادة التسريح لها
ثانيا بناء 36 مليون سكن وزيادة إن أمكن
ثالثا إسكانهم والبدأ في بناء سكنات لأبنائهم

الحقيقة ان ازمة السكن لدينا مفتعلة والحضيرة الوطنية من السكن تكفي ويبقى الفائض لو تم التحقيق الجدي الذي يكشف المتلاعبين فقد تجد من له فيلا وله على الاقل مسكن آخر بعمارة حصل عليه في اطار السكن الاجتماعي
المشكلة برأيي تكمن في الجشع الذي اصابنا وفي غياب الرقابة وعدم العدالة في التوزيع

الهدف من هذا الموضوع هو طرح افكار و حلول قد تكون قاعدة لبناء حلول أكثر واقعية من قبل مسؤولينا ولكي نكون مفيدين في مجتمعنا، ولما لا نحن الشباب تقع علينا المسؤولية شئنا أم أبينا سيكون من بيننا من يكون من بيننا إطار في الدولة. يأخذ بهذه النصائح و الأفكار. لذلك أرجوا من الجميع المشاركة المفيدة والبناءة. وإن شاء الله سأقوم بتنظيم المشاركات وجمع الأفكار و إرسالها بإذن الله تعالى إلى المسؤولين المباشرين، في وزارة السكن وولاية الجزائر العاصمة.

فتح الاعلام امام الخواص مع المحافظة على الاعلام الوطنى
الاهتمام بالمرأة الماكثة فى البيت . التى هى متفرغة لتربية و اعداد الاجيال القادمة
وضع اليات جديدة لمحاربة البطالة مثل ديوان وطنى للشغل
توزيع الاراضى للبناء خصوصا فى المناطق الداخلية و الجنوب
