مرتزقة مجنون ليبيا

يشكل مرتزقة مجنون ليبيا جزءا أساسيا من معادلة الصراع الحاصل في ليبيا وتنسب إليهم الكثير من الجرائم في حق المتظاهرين الليبيين، ويخضع المرتزقة العرب والأفارقة والآسيويين لسلطة خميس نجل مجنون ليبيا ويقدر عددهم بنحو 120 ألف مسلح. وشكل مجنون ليبيا أول فيلق مسلح من المرتزقة خلال حربه مع تشاد في 1986 وسماه الفيلق الإسلامي الليبي، واستعان به في حربه ضد تشاد، وكان أغلب جنوده من جنسيات لبنانية وسورية، حيث أرسلت أحزاب لبنانية كانت منخرطة في الحرب الأهلية اللبنانية ( 1975 - 1990 ) رجالا لمقاتلة ‬التشاديين ‬تحت ‬لواء‬الفيلق ‬الإسلامي، ‬كما ‬شارك‬طيارون ‬سوريون ‬في ‬هذه ‬الحرب.‬
وبالنظر إلى وفرة أموال البترول مع قلة عدد السكان مول وسلح مجنون ليبيا الكثير من الحركات المتمردة في إفريقيا وآسيا وحتى أوروبا على غرار الجيش الجمهوري الإيرلندي "إيرا" في بريطانيا، وجماعة أبوسياف في الفلبين وحركات التمرد في دارفور السودانية، وفي تشاد وعدة بلدان ‬إفريقية ‬شهدت ‬نزاعات ‬مسلحة، ‬واستطاع مجنون ليبيا ‬أن ‬يجند ‬العديد ‬من ‬المرتزقة ‬الأفارقة ‬والآسياويين ‬في ‬الفيلق ‬الإسلامي ‬وفي ‬اللجان ‬الثورية ‬التي ‬تضم ‬الكثير ‬من ‬التونسيين.‬
وتؤكد مصادر تونسية أن ميليشيات بن علي التي هربت من تونس بعد فشل مخططها في إدخال البلاد في حرب أهلية، لجأت إلى ليبيا واستعان بها المحنون في حربه ضد شعبه، بالإضافة إلى تونسيين عاطلين عن العمل تم تجنيدهم كمرتزقة، ولكن تونسيين منضوين تحت لواء اللجان الثورية عبروا ‬عن ‬رفضهم ‬التورط ‬في ‬قمع ‬الشعب ‬الليبي ‬على ‬أساس ‬أنهم ‬قبلوا ‬الانخراط ‬في ‬اللجان ‬الثورية ‬لقتال ‬عدو ‬أجنبي ‬وليس ‬لمحاربة ‬الشعب ‬الليبي.
‬وأظهرت التقارير الإعلامية أن المرتزقة الذين تمكن المحتجون من إلقاء القبض عليهم في معظمهم أفارقة من جنسيات مختلفة تتمثل في تشاديين وسنغاليين ومن إفريقيا الوسطى وسيراليون ومالي ونيجيريا والكونغو الديمقراطية (الزائير سابقا).
وتورط القذافي في عدة حروب داخلية في إفريقيا وآسيا وأمريكا اللاتينية على غرار بوركينافاسو والزائير ونيغاراغوا والهندوراس والسلفادور وبريطانيا وصرف ملايين الدولارات في تمويل وتسليح الحركات المتمردة والمعارضة، وهذا ما جعل القذافي يصرح بكثير من النرجسية في خطابه الأخير بأن "ليبيا قائدة إفريقيا و آسيا وأمريكا اللاتينية وحتى أوروبا"، حيث سبق وأن قام القذافي في 1971 بتدريب وتسليح مجموعة من التشاديين (المسلمين) للقيام بمحاولة لقلب نظام تومبلباي في تشاد، كما حاول اغتيال القائد التشادي كوكني في العاصمة الليبية طرابلس في 1986 للمرة الثانية مما أدى لمقتل اثنين من حراسه، ولم يتورع القذافي في قتل العديد من ضيوفه الأجانب على غرار الزعيم الشيعي اللبناني موسى الصدر الذي كشفت صحيفة بريطانية أمس بأنه قتل في ليبيا وهو مدفون في سبها وسط الصحراء الليبية ومسقط رأس المجنون.
